Great Product. works as expected; backlight is low

I got this remote and it works fine. Def need to point remote at equipment. Doesn't have an ear plug jack like Rocku remote does. Does well at pressing one button to accomplish what you want.

This is the third Harmony remote I've bought. The first one, a 600, is now used in the bedroom. I use a 650 in the living room, and bought another 650 for a Christmas gift. Most "universal" remotes only replace the most common functions. The Harmony remote, being programmable, truly replaces every function of up to five remotes. If you need more than that, you'll need a more expensive model Harmony remote, but it's worth it. Programming the remote can be frustrating, especially for a non-techie person, but once it's done, the remote is very easy and intuitive to use. to, for example, watch a movie, you push a button that says "watch movie." The remote then turns on the TV, Blu Ray or DVD player, sound bar or audio system, sets the right inputs, and knows which device to use to change the volume. If you have multiple remotes cluttering up your coffee table, and can't figure out which ones to use in what order to watch TV, get a Harmony remote!

I am a long-time user of Harmony universal remotes. This is my fourth one over the last eight years. Two of them died due to liquid being spilled on them (note to self: put the wine down before changing channels). These remotes are super-simple to program with Logitech's online system. You just pick the brand and model of devices that you want to program, and the system automatically loads all of the controls to change volume & channels and switch devices. You can get rid of the pile of remotes for all your devices and just use this one! If anything doesn't work as you want it to, there's a "help" button that walks you through troubleshooting using questions you can understand, such as "Is the DVD player on?" "Is the TV tuned to HDMI 1?" I no longer have to explain to my wife which remote to use and in which order. Ahhhh, that alone is worth the small price for this remote!

We have had our harmony remote for over 5 yrs now, we bought this one for my son in law.

Turn on the satellite, tv , and surround sound with one button all at the same time. Or you can turn on all the things needed to watch a movie . Or even listen to the Turner. Nice to get rid of all the other remotes.

Had trouble only with the website. Remote is great!

Tied all my new equipment together seamlessly. New Sony 4K tv, new Yamaha home theater receiver, new Samsung blue ray player, Apple TV and spectrum cable box all integrate perfectly with the harmony remote. Setup is easy from PC. This is a must have!

This is the easiest to use Universal remote that I have ever had. Great multi-functional tool that will help you to easily switch between TV, movies, game systems with just a few buttons. No brainer for those less technologically savvy folks. LOVE IT!

We had "single controls" before that never lived up to their hype. This one does it all easily and intuitively. It makes using all the available features of our Smart TV a breeze. We go from regular TV, to recorded, to Blue Ray, to interactive with ease.

So far I have not had any issues. The setup was easy. This remote was only $10 more than the regular universal remote so I figured for an extra 10 dollars it would be worth it which it is.

being leary of the purchase because of the programing the devise... after leaning what to do on my own it was easy enough. i have purchased three of these modles and time will be the best judgement,,, so far so good!!!

Remote works well with tv receiver and DVD player but cannot get it to work my appletv. Salesperson said it would work appletv and I have yet to figure out how to make it work. Pretty easy to set up and configure just wish it worked the appletv too

This remote cleared off my coffee table- it took 5 remotes and gave me one. I also love how you can program multiple devices to all turn on with a touch of a button. Once I finally got software loaded on my computer - it was a breeze to set up

I have two of these, and they are one of the best universal remotes you can get, in my opinion. The configuration software is a little clunky, but you really only have to do it once, and after that, it just works. Highly recommend!

Life has become so much easier with this remote. Now instead of 3 remotes I only need this one remote and it takes care of all the features I need. Set- up is very easy . I have even purchased another remote for another room so I can go from 3 remotes to just this one.

I have always used 3 to 4 remotes on my electronics but when I bought all new stuff I switched to this remote. It has to be programmed over the computer but when it is programmed it operates all 4 of my devices with outstanding results. Would not be without it again.

The remote was easy to set up, the instructions were user friendly. I like it's functionality and sleek design. The screen was a nice touch, touch screen would have been better.

This remote is fantastic once you get it set up. We have four different components for our television system, and always seem to be missing one or more of the remotes. It is a very easy system to use once it is set up, and eliminates the clutter of all of those excess remotes!
