It has great functionality. And great ease of use.

One controller to operate all devices was a good idea but this controller was so sensitive that everything was thrown off too often. It turned out to be more trouble than it was worth. We went back to our multiple controls and things seem to be fine.

This remote is easy to use and kid friendly. We have a home theatre, sometimes I have to cut off and on, not sure if its the remote or the other items. Quality and look is good on this remote.

I've got several macros set up so I can watch media from various sources on 2 displays. Usually, just the Harmony 650 is all I need to run things now, which is much better than before.

This is my second time with this remote. The first one lasted a long time (we all know how badly remotes are abused). It was easy to program and it turns everything on and off through just one remote (even our older stereo receiver).

Got this for the family because we had 4 remotes going at once. Really easy to set up, but a little confusing to use. I am the only one who actually can use it, so now we have 5 remotes :(

Very easy setup to control all items associated with watching Tv, dvd or listening to music. One button turns everything on or off! Eliminated 3 remotes. Sometimes fails to turn evrything on or off, but when I push the help button it fixes itself! Very satisfied with the product.

We have 5 of these remotes in our house...one for each TV. They are simple to setup and work very well. Over time the buttons will stop working but we usually get a couple years out of the one most used and then swap with a less used one and so on.

By far the best Harmony Remote in a while (the step up is too much, and the step down is too little). The programming interface leaves a bit to be desired (but that's been the M.O. of the Harmony line of remotes since forever), and the remote isn't built to last. This is the third I've bought...refurbished the first myself and it's still working downstairs. The upstairs one for some reason now always resets and takes an extra 40-60 seconds to finish calling a new activity before you can use the remote. Bought a new one because the only thing I could thing would be causing the issue would be a hardware thing.

Got this to reduce the amount of remotes in the living room. Use it for my samsung tv, Apple TV, Sony home theatre, and I'm waiting for the pdp or/Bluetooth receiver to use it for my PS4.

I always enjoy Logitech products. This Logitech Harmon 850 did not let me down, Finally I have 1 remote instead of 4. The instructions were a little sketchy for an old man, but You Tube videos made it easy. Completely happy with this purchase!

Extremely easy to use and the device assistant is a Godsend. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because it keeps making me exit from the device assistant when I didn't ask for help.

This remote is great. You program it and it can do up to 8 different functions like turn on the cable box, TV, stereo system and switch it to the correct input. Or just turn on the TV and stereo system and switch it to internet input to play Pandora, etc. I love it!

The 650 is a great remote. This is the second 650 I've owned and bought it to replace another. If you use the software to set up custom actions, you can use the same software to transfer those settings to a new remote - a great time-saving feature!

Love it. Finally, A remote that allows me to customize What options and What buttons I want to use. Easy to remember cause its intuitive to my needs. Really like how it will turn on multiple devices at one time to the Exact channels and inputs needed for the activity selected.

The Geek Squad technician recommended that we add this when installing our television and sound system. It eliminated the guess work from having to keep track of four separate controls and is relatively easy to use. It certainly was a great investment

This remote is a pleasure to set up, I was even able to set up a device which I bought abroad. Using it is just as simple even allowing for different scenarios, such us turning on the devices to watch DVD's on one HDMI channel and Cable on another.

I very like this remote because it controls every device in my entertainment room.
