I love that this product is able to control almost all my entertainment system but will benefit from a little improvement. It sometimes fail and had to reprogram to correct problem. A bit confusing for somebody who is not used to just pressing the remote and getting results as desired. I gave it a 3 star simply because my wife and kids are still having trouble with it. I would still recommend it to people looking for universal remotes and are on the TECH-y side spectrum. One of the reason i bought it is it controls my ELITE projector screen.

I have the Harmony One for my main system and needed something for another set up in my house and this remote was perfect. It has buttons already set up for Activities like watching tv or watching a movie. Flawlessly operates my TV, Receiver/Surround, DVD/BluRay Player.

This control is so very easy to set-up. I am not tech-savy and was able to do so in about a half hour. It perfectly synched all of our devices. One remote...finally...yah! I wish the screen was a bit larger, but that is just a minor complaint.

We had 5 remotes for the living room. Went and bought a cheep universal. It would not do all the functions required. Decided to splurge and get the Logitech. Best decision ever. It is amazing. Does everything perfectly and is rediciuosly easy to program. Love it!

This remote replaced 5 separate ones. Somewhat easy to set up for basic functions. Fine tuning specific functions was a little arcane requiring research on You Tube and Logitech web site. All in all very pleased with purchase.

Works As well as the one it's replacing which wore out from 5 years of constant use

This is the best controller ever. It's idiot proof and a must if you own a smart TV.

Product was recommended a computer type friend. Best Buy geek I discussed tvs with also recommended it. Read reviews also. When Geek Squad tech installed tv he showed up how to use. Very simple

Software easy to navigate and set up fairly easy. Would be great if online help was good for life of product. Would recommend to friends and relatives. Have 3 harmony remotes and have given them as gifts.

Bought a Pioneer sound bar and neither of my remotes would learn the sound bar. Bought this remote and was able to program not only the sound bar but several different viewing configurations. I wasn't happy about the price but looking back it was well worth the money.

Works well with receiver and TV. Struggled with Dish Hopper until I discovered the actual code. Their help was not aware of this conflict. Now, I'm very pleased with device and operation.

The controller is very self intuitive and easy to set up with all my devices, easy to read instructions and is user friendly. The Harmony 650 all but set itself up and I was able to get my components working together with very little effort.

I found the remote very easy to setup on my computer and use as well. It's nice to use only one remote and not have 4 sitting on table. The watch TV/Movie features are nice to turn all devices on at one. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get rid of some remotes.

I found it easy to program this remote, but I do this for a living. Programming requires internet access. This is one of the few universal remotes that have the codes to control projectors; most just control TVs.

excellent remote, very easy to program, wakes up when u pick it up. unfortunately i realised that two machines i wanted to control use different technology than IR. so I cannot control all.

This remote allows me to control 5 devices. I have put my other remotes in a box

This is my second Logitech Harmony remote. They just keep getting better. This one is much easier to read in low light. You can get more expensive options, but none work any better. I am especially happy having picked this one up for just $40 during a Christmas sale.

This product is SUPER easy to install and use! You have to be careful if you manually (walk up to the devices to turn them on/off) power the devices. But the help button works easily with you to fix the problem!

I bought this remote when it was on sale. It is a good remote for the price, but I am disappointed on how it does not function properly all the time. It forgets its commands from time to time. I constantly have to hit the help button to fix the problem.

I was hesitant to purchase any new "universal" remote but this Harmony is awesome. You can program it to do just about anything with one remote & easy to understand keypad. (heck, even my wife who doesn't like electronics can use it easily)
