I love this remote. I have recommended it to all my friends. You program it through the computer and sync it via USB. It turns on all components at once for whatever activity you want to do...watch a movie, watch tv, listen to music!! LOVE IT!

We like this remote. It is the second we one have owned. My husband likes that is it programmed on his computer and if anything happens, he can just plug it in and reload his presets.

This remote is better than most universal remotes, in that it allows you to program multiple connected devices to work in tandem (e.g. programming the "Watch TV" function to turn on both the cable box and the TV at the same time). The one issue that keeps occurring is that sometimes these programmed "activities" do not successfully turn on or off all the devices. This issue is mitigated somewhat by the ability to use the Help feature on the remote to go through a troubleshooting procedure to remedy the problem. This one issue holds me back from giving it top marks, but I still find it to be a good product that generally delivers what it says it will.

The more I learn about this remote, the more pleased I am with it.

Was a unsure when I purchased this but have used universal remotes in the past. This was so easy to setup. Went online, registered the remote and was able to program all the functions in one sitting. Works great.

It doesn't really stay programmed very well which is frustrating. Constantly have to use the help feature to resolve the disconnect.

Remote works well with basic Tv and cable interaction. However, you need a separate adapter to use the remote with a PS4 and PS3 which can be an inconvenience.

This remote is a great one to have when you have multiple devices. Set up was easy to do using your laptop. Only issue (minor) is that the buttons are sensitive so don`t hold down too long or repeating numbers display when changing channels.

I have written many reviews of the Harmony Logitech family. By far and away the best family of remotes for someone who wants to spend a short evening setting it up. I probably over programmed mine, but it so cool to use.

The remote is amazing. It is something I hesitated to purchase, but have never regretted it. It makes watching TV simple. This is something everyone should have as everything is at your fingertips and the remote does it all.

A great remote for unifying all of those remotes cluttering up your coffee table. Easy to program and the help feature is the best thing for any issues when using it.

This remote feels good in my hand, and I like the overall features.

I install home theaters for a living. I use this remote for customers that have multiple components. No need to grab the tv remote to switch HDMI inputs to watch a bluray or PlayStation. Just hit one button on the remote and everything automatically switch to correct inputs and settings. Just keep in mind that this is a IR type remote. That meens that the devices you are operating have to be in line of sight. If the components are in a cabinet or blocked by something you will need a ir repeater or a more expensive RF type remote that penetrates into the cabinet.

This is a nice universal remote. You can't go wrong with Hamony. It does take minor time / patience to program it exactly how you need it, but once you do, it's terrific.

Easy to set up on the computer using the web based application. You just put in the model numbers for all of your equipment, answer some basic questions about how devices are connected together, add your activities, and you're done. You simply plug in the remote to upload all the programming to the remote. If your device isn't listed, the remote can learn commands with some simple steps and the original remote. It can even control things like air conditioners, etc. as long as it has an infrared remote. This remote is great for my parents who are technologically impaired. If something doesn't work, they just have to press the help button, and the remote will fix everything automatically after a few basic questions. I've been using Harmony remotes since before they were owned by Logitech, and would recommend them to anyone.

Control all your entertainment - tv, vcr/dvd player, sound bar, wii, cable, Netflix, guide, schedule, etc. with this one remote. Unit is well-made and should give good service even with a lot of use.

The remote is a good value. Lacks some advanced features but should have enough to cover most use cases. The ability to create more advanced scenarios would be nice.
