this remote has a great feel in the hand and has worked for everything i have tried to connect it too. have to get used to the programing on the computer but might as well get used to it . we are in the future.lol

Bought this for my dad on his birthday. Having a receiver, TV, dish, apple TV. There was a lot of remotes. This helped with the clutter. The ability to pre program settings to turn on and off only what you need is awesome.

If you spend the time to program this remote it will be very beneficial. you will even become dependent on it. Side note, dogs seem to like this remote as well in a destructive way. This one replaced a previous one.

I really cannot say anything bad about this remote. It was too easy to set up to control my other devices in my home, and it quickly replaced 5 other remotes that I had to use. Plus, it was $30 cheaper during the Black Friday sale. Awesome!

easy to use and can add several other remotes so that you do not have to have one for Ruku, one for netflix, etc. All on one remote.. Small screen easy to read and directs you to whatever media you want to use.

I love this remote, it makes working multiple input so much easier! But, the software you use to configure everything, is absolutely terrible!!!

This is a great all in one solution to replace all those pesky remotes laying around. I love the fact that I can custom program buttons.

Very nice remote. Got it on sale and works well. Wish I would have spent a little more and gotten one of the higher level ones. A 15 device one would be better for me

This remote has really help reduce the scrambling for every remote just to watch a movie. It is as easy as hitting one button once the remote is setup. The step by step process is very easy to setup the remote as well. Great remote!

I bought a smart t.v. And it's remote went dead within a week. So I was pretty worried on the cost and versatility of a universal remote. That being said this Logitech remote is great easy to setup recommend to all.

This remote is very easy to setup. No longer do you need to go through a long list of codes to find the correct one for your device. Just plug the remote into your computer, tell it the make and models of all your devices and sync it up!

This remote was easy to setup as other reviews have stated. Works for all our devices except the Wii because the Wii is not infrared, it operates on bluetooth. Good remote for the price.

I replaced the same model after the old one suffered from AA battery leaks. I needed to upgrade to the new programming software, but the replacement and programming was flawless using the previous settings.

I have owned a Harmony 550 for years and the 650 includes all the the functionality I wished the 550 had, like easily navigating between devices and quicker device response time, plus it is half the price I paid for the 550. I am well pleased.

Works great and doesn't have to be recharged as in the past.

I have had other harmony remotes in the past that were much more expensive. This remote was able to control the items I wanted for a fraction of the price as their old models. I would highly recommend this item

Glad I had the Geek squad program it-and may need to have them come back to get it to control the DVD/Blu Ray player correctly. Don't know if that is the fault of the remote, or user, or the programming was incomplete

Second Harmony. First one lasted almost 6 years. Recommended

I had trouble trying to setup this remote with my Windows XP computer; however, after switching to a Windows 7 computer, setup took less than 10 minutes for 4 devices. This is great! I no longer have a coffee table with 4 remotes on it!
