This remote definitely reduced the clutter on the coffee table.

Dog ate the original remote, this is a suitable replacement.

Bought this for my 81 year old neighbor. Great way to make it easy instead of hitting input to switch to a Roku or Fire Stick back to the Cable box, etc.

Having the universal remote makes life so much easier. I love that 1 button turns on my TV or my DVD or my DVR. Just amazing. I am still in a learning curve. You can't go wrong if you invest in this device.

All of.my components are from different manufacturers and greatly vary in age. This remote controls everything I own and use and even some items I no longer need to control. Great devise. Easy set-up and easy use.

I have a HP brand Blue Ray player that I did not have the remote for and it has no control buttons. I could not find a universal controller that would suffice. Harmony stated this remote would work and it sure does, exactly as stated. I would prefer not to have to download a program on a computer to program it though and the interface is a bit confusing which is why I give it a 4 star rating rather than a five. It does do the job though and certainly has more range of devices it can control than any other I have found.

The remote is great. I don't like the new touch screen remotes because I like to have physical number buttons. The battery life could be better, though.

This was a replacements for a 11 yr old Harmony remote. Easy to set up and use. I've not had any problems and hope it lasts as long as it's predecessor!

We needed something to control the tv, sound bar, Apple TV, and the blue ray. Too many remotes. Set up for everything went great besides the sound bar. Ours doesn't have a remote nor is it in the online selection for the remote so after several unhelpful calls we had to use an old remote to learn the sound bar then use that remote to teach this one. After some aggrevation it all works. The only other issue is if you drop the remote it will " forget" what electronics your using then you have to turn everything off and start over. No big deal but an issue. Overall we are very happy and it's awesome only needing one remote

I have a 10 year old amplifier and an 8 year old DVR. Both of the remotes died a while ago. This Harmony remote is able to control both units plus everything else in my home theater. It is an amazing piece!

Bought this to fix an issue with a Brighthouse DVR that was not reacting with any remote, even the one that came with the DVR. Programmed this with all my electronics and it works great. Even works with the sluggish Brighthouse DVR.

Have lg tv. Lost magic remote (sic) but this thing got me into the settings menu. Very cool remote, I now use it with Samsung sound bar, direct tv, and tv. Brilliant! It was even on sale. Life is good!

The remote is a bit pricey but well worth the expense. It is so worth the price not to have to use 3 different remotes to control different aspects for your TV especially when you have a BOSE sound system set up with your TV.

We like our expensive Harmony remote, but on this one, one of the buttons randomly fell off. I found it and taped it on, but it wasn't that old, so I exchanged it for a new one at Best Buy. Good service on their end.

Got tired of having 4 different remotes, this Logitech remote was the perfect solution. Easy to setup and use. Just wished it controlled more activities.

I got this for $50 and it's well worth it. It allows you to hook up the remote via USB to your laptop or desktop and configure the remote for all your devices by just imputing the make and model of your devices

We went from having six remotes to having just this one.
