Had one that lasted about 5 years. Purchased the more expensive one to replace it but it didn't work properly so "down graded" to this model and couldn't be happier. Easy to use and works great.

When I bought the Harmony remote controller, the Best Buy salesperson couldn't verify from Logitech whether it worked with Xfinity's latest DVR or not. It works like a charm and the online setup was quick and easy.

Nice not to have to use many controls. Only drawback is that it’s very slow turning on all electronics connected to remote

Good product for making your life easier, not the best quality (don't drop it) but the price is low as-well. It's doing what it is designed for no more no less.

Works well with my surround sound system and other items. Battery life is a little short though. Would be nice if it were rechargeable.

We've had both this one and the 700. I actually thought the rechargeable batteries of the 700 were a pain. Other than that the product is basically identical. Would recommend this one for sure.

I misplaced he remove to my Bose surround sound and this was a great supplement, which was easy to use for my whole family. All remotes into one.

Finally, something that frees my hands and fingers!

This remote was easy to set up and easy to use. My 4 year old has no problems working it. The directions are very clear in regards to set up

This was the second harmony remote, so the set up went a lot smoother since I knew what to expect and this time it seemed to be easier to follow the directions.

Overall the remote is nice, it can learn so you can get most the functions it needs. There seems to be issues with the macros. Some devices get confused when using the macros. For example, all devices except the cable box may come on when using the 'watch tv' macro. The next time it will work correctly. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 3 is that there is a built-in help button that can typically correct the macro issues when it occurs. It can be an inconvenience, but it gets things up and running after answering a few questions.

I love this remote. It is great to be able to use one remote instead of multiple remotes, which can be easily lost. You can program up to eight devices to this remote. Best investment I ever made.

Fairly easy to setup. Getting some of the numbers from the equipment was a bit difficult but the actual setup is straight forward. Works well with my new equipment as well as the rather dated.

I was really impressed with how easy to set this thing up is. Input the models numbers of my equipment and the software did the rest. Super easy and very pleased.

This is the 2nd time I have bought this remote. It works great combining our Dish Network, DVD and home stereo! We had our last one about 2 years, but unfortunately, it doesn't survive being chewed,

It is a super convenient remote when you have multiple devices. I would give it 5 stars if it could do the voice input for Xfinity. When using Xfinity, I only use the Logitech to turn everything on, after that I switch back to the Xfinity remote because of the voice feature. This is my 2nd one, as my first lasted me a few years, but I think to many drops to the floor finally caused it to fail. I did notice the #7 key on that old remote went out, and you had to push really hard to get it to work. With price match, I decided to get the same remote.
