We bought this remote a few weeks ago. Set up was easy, as was the registration on the computer. By purchasing this remote we eliminated 6, I think the capacity is 7. Great value! We are loving our simplified life!

A super remote that can be programmed with multi step functions using your computer ... very easy to setup ... no tech knowledge needed... works great and the only remote needed for everything.

This is a great remote to get rid of having to have several remotes to do everything and was a great value for the price paid! Also liked the web based interface.

I purchased it during Black Friday, very nice remote. Was very easy to set up, and the controls work fantastic for my tv and my cable box. I was able to get rid of my old remote, which was clunky, to say the least.

Picked this over the more expensive models because (1) I can live without a touch screen, (2) I can buy rechargeable batteries, and (3) control of 5 devices was sufficient. So why pay more? In the end, it does the same and is set up the same as the touch models. Got all my devices set up in a short time, although I did misinterpret whether my receiver could call out inputs individually (it can), and had to adjust later. I use it to control Windows Media Center, and the soft buttons for that device leave a bit to be desired, but with a little twiddling, you can get it to work. I am totally loving only having one remote control. The back lights are a little dim, and the "action" buttons on the top don't light at all, but there are ways around that as well.

Separate remotes for TV, sound system and Blu-Ray have left me in circles. Where's the remote? Which one is it? Which button? Everything I need is at my fingertips now. Love this universal remote.

Overall this is a great buy. IT works seamlessly with my Panasonic plasma and Blu-ray, Samsung DVR and Yamaha receiver. The ease of setup is remarkable and has come a long way from older harmony remotes in the past, so kudos to Logitech on that front. The "Watch TV" and "Watch a Movie" button are so strait forward my 3yr old can turn on the whole home theater. Only draw back is that the bottom where the batteries go is so rounded that the remote does not easily sit flat. You can't really rest it on the arm of the chair/couch without it sliding off unless you set it button side down (which I often do).

For the most part I love it. Still have to work out some kinks after watching a movie, doesn't switch back to correct setup for me. I do love only having one remote.

Controls 5 devices perfectly. Was recommended by salesman but I was skeptical. The Geek Sqad set it up and works great and is easy to use, even when problems need attention. Would recommend.

easy to set up using your pc, walks you through everything. When cable box not on, easy to get to. Seems like have to hit sound for sound bar all the time though.

Works as advertised. Easy to program. Push a button and the tv, receiver and cable box turn on and the inputs selected.

If you are tired of using several remotes for all of your devices then the Logitech universal remote is a must have. I am so glad to use one remote for all of my devices

This is a great remote when you can program it. It did not work on my Roku TV but works well with my Sony that is connected to 4 devices.

This replaced a Harmony 880. Was easy to set up and is easy to use. I miss the backlighted keys the old unit had, but other than that, it's fine.

I have the more advanced version in my family room, but didn't want to spend as much for the TV room downstairs. This product was relatively easy to set up and eliminates 6 remotes I was currently having to use.

The instructions don't tell you to use Firefox. IE and Chrome don't work. Once that's figured it's ez. Now own 3... that should sau volumes.

Purchase this remote for TV in bedroom added more features and wanted one remote that would take care everything, this is our second one and no complains on how it works. So I'm quite pleased..

I bought this thinking it would be faster for turning on all of my equipment. However it won't do as programed. I have to go through the (fix now) steps each time I go to use it, It is a real pain.

I already had a Harmony one in the home theater room, so I knew this would be a good remote. My bedroom got just complicated enough, with a sound bar, Roku 3, and directTV box that I needed a good universal remote.
