This is my second one and They work great. It is very easy to setup using their software. We have Directv and have no problem with the remote using Directv.

Was able to setup to work with multiple devices. Setup was not that simple, especially for certain commands.

The Logitech universal remote is one of the best purchases I've made. It truly is universal, you only need one! Easy to use, great product. My other seven remotes are in the closet...

Once you get used to the controls, you can use the included cable to make this remote take the place of up to 8 others. Got it on a super deal worth every penny.

I've had this now for 10 months. I love the ability to control multiple devices with one remote. I have four aux devices tied to my TV and it controls all 5 pieces. Love it!

Pretty easy to set-up. Still have to figure out how I can program the "custom" buttons to do stuff. This is our 2nd Harmony. So nice to use just one remote.

This is a great universal remote. A must for all the new tech with remotes coming out. Company keeps a great upkeep with updates and fixes.

It was a bit harder to program than I wished but the end result is a great control that covers all my devices.

This remote is remarkable. I originally had 5 remotes and this single remote does all the work that each one did separately. Most importantly, it is easy for a senior like myself to use.

According to the MyHarmony app, the 650 can control 8 devices. I only needed to control four for my setup, so it was a simple process. Highly recommend.

This remote is ok. It does the job if you need a nice universal remote but the more advanced version of this remote by Logitech are much better

I bought this unit for our bedroom TV when I noticed we had 4 remotes just to watch TV. Roku, cable box, TV, sound bar. After using it for a couple of days, I bought a second remote for the Family room.

We had one that seemed to have a mind of its own. Controls were finniky and it would not switch from one viewing mode to another without manually turning off the system between tries. Got a replacement and it works pretty well. For granular component control, such as tweaking system sound modes and such, the individual remotes are still required, but for general entertainment modes it is very convenient.

I was hesitant to switch Remote brands from the URC (Universal Remote Control) products I have used previously to Logitech but I have been very pleased. Most important has been the ease of programming.

i do like this unit, but it takes this old-dinosaur a little bit of time to loearn. the default key is really a key to getting you to a menu that is logical and easy to problem-solve. i like it.

The remote works well once programmed through the software. I would recommend getting the 700 model with the rechargeable battery.
