I purchased this for my new media room and overall I think it's great. Not as great as the Harmony One but it cost about 3 times as much so I think it hits the value quotient just right. The display is a bit dim and not as full of color but it does the job. The only negative thing I've really noticed is that the 4 color buttons get washed out in a dark room by the remote's backlight. You can't tell which of the colors is on the buttons when the room is dark unless you've memorized it - not ideal for initial use but I suppose I'll get used to it over time.

Got this on sale on Black Friday. Set it up with Panasonic TV from 2005, Insignia Blu-Ray player from 2009, Vizio sound bar from 2011, Verizon Fios box, and Toshiba DVD player from 2009. Love it.

Programming was painless. Had a little trouble finding the correct dvr model. The help function on the remote is very nice.

Once this is set up, it is easy to use. Set up took a little while and I had to redo a few things, but now it's working well,

went and bought one for every room of the house! I've always used harmony remotes. just needed to upgrade. then loved this one so much I bought 2 more. excellent product, especially for the price.

Geek squad demonstrated how to use device and even gave us his cell phone number to call him if we had any futher questions. It is nice to have one device for our entire entertainment system.

This was my first universal remote. Love that I can hook to my computer and program all of the "activities" online! Very easy to do!

Great remote. A must have if you have 3 or more remotes laying around This remote controls everything. Even my dimming lights and my xbox one. I can use this remote as a controller for my xbox.

This universal remote works well. Can get cheaper ones but spend a little extra on this one. Good PC interface.

In the past we have had a heck of a time setting up a remote to control all of our devices. This was VERY easy. It is all done through your computer in less than 20 minutes. Best investment!

I like the harmony 700 better just because it it easier to read in the dark, but this one works well too

We had this same remote for another room in our house so when it came time to replace the game room remote, there was no question about what we would get. Easy to program!!!

I ended up not keeping the remote simply because my equipment is enclosed and the remote wouldn't work for me. Not to mention for a little more money you can get a nicer remote

This is an all in one solution to multiple remotes. You should get this remote. Easy set up and once you get use to navigating it you'll love it.

If you want to consolidate all of your remotes this is a great remote. The price was perfect and programming it was simple. I could not be any happier. Thank you Best Buy!!

I should have paid extra to have the geek squad set it up for me. Hard to program but nice that now I only have 1 control for all my products.

I love being able to control all of my tv functions from one device! Switching between a DVD player, Apple TV, and the regular tv without three remotes is luxurious!

While this remote does many things... if you forget that it is controlling different equipment at the same time, you could easily get confused. For example, it’s set to watch a movie, it turns on the home stereo, DVD player and the Tv. It believes you want to use the stereo for volume, but the tv volume was already up. You have to remember to set it to TV to turn down the volume, then reset it to use the stereo. It’s not that hard, but I could see this frustrating my dad.

This remote is easy to set up and use. Love the read out screen and help buttons. No longer need 5 remotes to watch a movie!
