Second to none!!! Easy to set up, even easier to use!! If you have more than one remote, this remote is THE BEST at making life much easier.

Should've done this a long time ago...this remote is so easy to use, the tech from best buy who set it up was also fantastic..it's easy to use and makes all of our components easy to use!

This is one of the best universal remotes on the market. I was so impressed with this remote that when my dog chewed my first one I ran out and bought the same remote again.

It was easy to set up. I contacted Logitech regarding an issue I had, they update my account and all I had to do was plug the device into my computer and upload the patch and that fixed the issue.

Very easy to change settings on your computer. If you get a new device or want to change the function of a button you just plug it into your computer and follow the steps that they have for you.

The remote has almost all the features I was looking for. It doesn't have an on demand button. Other than that is a great remote.

Great universal remote. replaced several remotes with just one. Only issue is over time the buttons wear and will not make contact. Took several years for that to happen.

I spent the money to purchase this remote because it was supposed to simplify my life. It doesn't. That's because although it's a universal remote, you have to select what device you want it to control EVERY time you touch it. So to change the channel I have to choose the cable box. To turn the volume up I choose the sound system. The remote I got from my cable company does it all without my having to switch between things. Therefore this annoying remote has been tossed into a junk drawer where it now sits, useless.

Great remote. Best Buy price-matched Amazon and I got a remote that will run everything in my AV system. Wish I would have bought this sooner.

This is my second one that I've owned and I don't plan to get away from this model. It's simple, works great, and looks fantastic. Love the lit keys for dark room conditions.

This remote is very easy to use. I've had others that were just to techie, but this one has a very smooth menu screen. There are 6 devices I have control over with this remote.

Overall a great remote! Easy to set up, and easier to put your original remotes in the drawer! It takes time to learn what buttons do what for each activity, but once you learn, its enjoyable!

I have had numerous models of harmony remotes of the years, some of the older, no longer available, models were better but this remote is great for basic systems with only a couple of devises.

Was able to consolidate from 4 remotes in the living room to this one. Easy setup online...you just need model numbers of everything you want to control with this remote.

Allowed to link all devices to one remote where other all in ones would not work. This device has codes for even the hard to find equipment.
