I absolutely love this remote. Before I got this one, I was using 3-4 remotes.. Now, I can control my TV, Surround Sound Amp, Roku, and Direct TV genie. I wouldn't know what to do without it now.

Really good product they should come with the TV. I didn't know you could buy a one remote for all. If you get stuck just ask for help. It is a very good product I hope it holds up for us.

Works well with all my components. Set up wasn't too complicated. It doesn't do everything I'd like it to but does enough.

Once setup, I love the one button macro's for doing various tasks. I had no trouble finding all my stereo and video equipment to be programmed.

I purchased after reviewing prices on line. I had to ask for the on line price and BestBuy honored their on line price which was very competitive.

Works great with my TV, surround sound, and cable receiver. My 11 year old mastered it in minutes and the favorites is great for her stations as well as mine. Can't go wrong with this remote.

I have been using this product for almost two years and the only thing I have had to do since getting it was change the batteries. This thing is smart with easy menues.

this is the second one I bought. I think the last one fell off the end table one too many times. the remote work great with all the components. once easily programmed it's good to go.

I've had so many universal remotes over the years and none of them would control ALL of my devices. I always had to use the manufacturer remote (or two) in addition to the universal. When I got up to 5 remotes again being used, I decided enough of was enough (especially when our dog chewed up one to a much older device). This remote controls everything! And I can't praise the programmable functions via the app/online enough. I was customized all my buttons and if I ran out of buttons, I was able to add screens with shortcuts to the LCD display. I am finally down to one remote!! as it should be.

It is very easy to use, but I wish it was black with a little larger screen. I would recommend this product for people who are not tech savvy.

incredibly easy to program and use. I am not very technical with stereo equipment etc. But I have been able to use this without messing something else up in the process.

I have a Xbox , tv, stereo system and fios cable box all hooked up to this product. I'm very happy with it. Also the batteries have had a long life so far. Would recommend.

Super easy to program, does have some bugs but software walks you through the errors to address them when they do happen.

It does as claimed, replacing 3 remotes (in our case). Setting it up through the website is easy. The list of compatible devices is huge; there was no problem finding our tv, our sound bar, and our cable box. An additional benefit is being able to have favorite channels. Also we like very much the idea of having "activities" that we program. Selecting the activity automatically starts the appropriate devices and sets the correct sources. The "help" button also is handy whenever a particular device is not in proper mode when an activity is selected. Overall, we are delighted with this universal remote. It's finally like a complete system instead of a jumble of individual parts.

Purchased this harmony remote and it works great. I have had it for a month now and it is rated "best buy" from consumers report. I would definitely purchase it again.

I love this remote, I have connected my television, Fire Cube, and sound bar to the remote.

I bought this for my father for Christmas, who has a lot of technology components going on in his TV room but has no idea how to make them work and can barely turn the cable on. A brilliant guy, but too much to coordinate so he ends up just watching TV all the time. I set this up for him in half an hour, and it's so very easy to use. Really and truly. What's more, it self-diagnoses if you press the 'Help' button, and you can fix it yourself just by responding the the prompts. He was big-time doubtful the thing would work, and now can't say enough about it. A huge hit, big enough for me to hop online and WRITE about it, which is an unbelievable rarity for sure.

It is the most expensive worthless remote that I have purchased! It un learns as fast as it learns, maybe faster! It really was not worth my money! $70+ down the drain.
