This remote was recommended by my installer after the Directv remote wouldn't connect sound bar. Easy to use and operate all functions

this remote works very well you might have to keep going back to your computer to put in things that you forgot though

I have owned many Harmony remote's. This remote exceeded my expectations and was very easy to set up. Works as described and yes I would recommend this product to anyone.

Great remote, I wish I had bought it long time ago. It makes it a lot easier to turn on the proper components to watch or listen to the right source. Powers everything off with one button.

This is our second purchase of this remote. First one broke after dropped. We did this repeat purchase so that says something good! User friendly too with the Help button.

Works well with all my devices. I use it on my blu-ray, smart tv apps, Apple TV and cable box. Only complaint would be sometimes it shows the tutorial again on the remote.

Same review as the 700. Won't control the latest Roku Ultra. Pointless if it won't control all. You have to spend $100+++to get that. Not worth it to me.

Needed to replace another programmable remote that is difficult to program. Researched this product and tried it. Took five minutes to get the TV, DVD, Cable to work. Well worth the price!

Logitech harmony 650 8 device universal remote has been very good.

I can't say enough good things about this remote. It does take a bit of time to set up, as you have to program it online and then download those settings to the remote, but it's fairly intuitive for a semi-geek like me. And once it's set up, it's a dream to control all of your devices. My wife loves the fact that she only has to use one remote and hit one button like "watch TV" or "listen to music", etc. It turns on only the devices needed for a particular scenario, and then can even be programmed to take more steps after the devices are turned on (like bring up the internet menu on the TV). Nice not to need the 4 remotes we used to constantly cycle through!

For such a cheap remote it works great and eliminates a whole bunch of remotes. Took a little time to configure properly. But once I got it working. Everyone loved it.

I thought this would be too difficult to use. I was wrong. It is one of my best ever purchases. Thanks to the Geek Squad for telling me about it and installing it.

Nothing harder to do than program a universal remote, unless you can do it from your PC and then it is easy. The device is doing its job and has the options we need

This remote was very easy to program especially since it wasn't clear what the model number was for one of my devices.

I have other more complex Logitech remotes that I like, but was looking for something less expensive and simpler to use for a family room setup that more novice users access. I was hesitant about purchasing this model after reading a lot of other less than positive reviews,but couldn't be happier with this device. I actually like not having to mess around with a charging cradle. I actually prefer the rubber buttons over touch screens on more expensive models. I end up inadvertently making selections with the touch screens which doesn't happen with this one. I would purchase this model again without hesitation and wouldn't mind having it for all rooms in my home.

This remote connects all my electronics and is very easy to use. It is idiot proof. If something doesn't go on or off there is help button that will fix the problem. I absolutely love it.

Looked overly complex at first. However, me and my kids had mastered it after only a few tries. Best universal remote we have owned by far. Controls everything and every function.

The programing is very easy and can be modified to correct any issues that you may have either on the remote itself or going back into the program to correct.

I live in a house where I am the only one technically inclined. After an easy setup and a quick lesson on how to use it the others can now operate the AV equipment on their own lol
