This was extremely easy to setup and use. Best of all it sets up using my computer so it remembers its settings! All I needed were my component model numbers. Best remote I have owned.

Needed a all in one remote to make the wife happy. This one did the trick and was simple to set up. Was able to program tv, sound bar, blu ray, and cable box in less than 5 minutes.

Harmony has eliminated my confusion with which remote is which and where is it. With Harmony, set up on PC is very easy. I've purchased several for myself and family.

This is a fantastic device. Your don't need to be a rocket scientist to set it up.Takes a computer and about ten minutes completely set up.Works just as expected.

Really like having only 1 remote with multiple functions. It's easy to use and also has a help feature. Where has this been all my life?

What can I say about this... well its so simple even my parents can use it with out any hassle. Only down fall is there is no IR but I don't expect it for the cost!

This one was for my in-laws after having owned my own for over a year. I got tired of the cheap $20 and less, "universal" remotes that you can find at all the discount retailers. They never really gave you control of the majority of the features of each device. This remote does. And although during setup of my in-laws devices, I found some odd behaviors controlling their sound bar (it keeps automatically turning back on but eventually auto turns off) and the fact that it won't control their PS3 without an interface box, it still got rid of 3 other remote controls that they used on a regular basis. Get it on sale and it's even more of a great deal!

I had earned a much older version that finally died. This new version does all it says without flaw. Once programmed it has no issues and programming it was a breeze.

Very easy to use, set up online in minutes. This remote can even learn from your existing remotes! Would not pay full price, but for the $40 I paid, I am very happy with the product.

Great product. This is our second one in seven years. Everything can be controlled off this remote. If you get messed up there is a help button that fixes everything. Easy to set up.

I love this remote, just as I have loved every Harmony remote I have ever owned. This remote was returned because it would send the wrong signals to my cable box, which caused it to do things I didn't want. After a long time troubleshooting and searching for access to the problem, I figured out that the problem is my cable box. It's IR receiver is too sensitive. While there are a few work arounds that may fix the issue, I decided to return the remote. I am hoping that Harmony releases a remote with RF capabilities, around this price point. Having RF would be the easiest fix for my issues.

I got this on a sale event at Best Buy. I do have 2 other remotes from the same model in use for my living room and bedroom. THis is for my game room. I tried the hub and app but using a tablet or phone touch screen is not as nice as the feeling of the physical buttons as this remote. The number pad for direct channel access as well is very important to me (other more expensive remotes from logitech do not have that). As it has a learning function you can add any IR remote to it or even combine more than one RC in one function.

I bought this as a gift and they have not stopped thanking me for it. It was very easy to set up and worked devices that other remotes could never work with. Need to get myself one!

The Logitech remotes work great. The programming takes some time to set up, but once you're done, your system is will operate perfectly.

This remote is pretty good when you have many devices and price is a concern. I found it affordable, but it does require some technical ability to set up and use. There were a few minor problems that arose, such as the remote acting strangely from time to time, but I do recommend this device. I suspect that I would have been happier if I could have afforded a better model, yet I am satisfied with my purchase and this is the second one I have purchased from BestBuy.

Pet peeve, I hate having to bounce between remotes between the DVR and the cable box. This solves it! One remote handles the TV, the cable box AND the DVR.

I was skeptical at first but after setting it up using my computer, everything works as it should. Makes turning on and off devices simultaneously a breeze

Recently purchased one of these for a lost remote and liked it so much I bought a second one for another tv. Love the one button on feature. Highly recommend

This remote fit all our needs. It works with our TV, sound system, game systems, Tivo etc. I actually prefer it over touch screen because I like the tactile buttons.
