I have two of these remotes iIHad to teplace one after three years of great service.I think they are great because they replace three different remotes.

This has been a good investment so far, have only had the remote a few months. So far I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Love having all my devices in one place. It's easier to keep up with one remote instead of a bunch of them. Very good investment.

Remote functions as intended, includes a LCD screen on the remote which is neat esp for sale price, but interface is cumbersome may not be for the older gen. Have to setup via computer as requirement which is a con. Overall I think a dumber smart remote would be a better option unless you really need to control 8 devices with one remote...scrolling through the screen vs physical buttons make using it slower imo.

I'm glad I purchased this. At first -- until I figured out how it "thinks" -- it was a little confusing. But it's actually quite logical once you get the hang of it. I use it to control my DirecTV box, my Sony TV, my Bose soundbar, and my Sony DVD player. Set up was easy and it "self-checks" through the process, asking you to confirm if the device is responding. If it's not, the remote knows to try again. I recommend this, unless you want super simple, which it is not.

Great remote. Easy set up. Only complaint is it sometimes restarts on its own. Seems to be a common problem with this series.

Great remote for the price (purchased on sale). It took a little time, but once set up it's pretty easy to use.

Very pleased with this remote. Took less than 5 min. to set it up and have my system up and running with this one device. Was able to replace with no loss of functions 4 remotes.

Remote works well. Really like the buttons that you can program yourself. Does not work with Amazon Fire stick.

Set up 2 units with different TV's, Sound systems, Bluerays, game units and had no problem identifying any of them. Easiest remote setup I've ever seen. A must buy for sure.

This is a nice remote, very easy to program. It isn't balanced very well to fit your hand, but the backlit buttons are a plus. It sometimes forgets how to control one or more components, but it has an easy to use help button that walks you through troubleshooting the problem. Good thing too, because it does forget how to turn all components off at the same time quite regularly.

I found the product easy to set up and the location of the of the control buttons are grouped together nicely. although the buttons to turn system on are a little close so you have to be careful not to hit multiple buttons. The one issue I'm having is that I have had to connect to the computer a couple of times to reset remote because it stops recognizing my equipment. May return and try another one if this continues

Too complex for us. We wanted to avoid having tv remote, soundbar remote, DVD player and VHS/DVD player remotes... and this is GOOD for that. But, sometimes we wish we'd just be able to turn on each piece individually. The screen prompts need to be programmed, so if something goes wrong one needs to figure out how to fix it. Have considered going back to individual remotes. But, that may be an 'age' thing... younger people probably would not have problems!

We bought for our home personal use and absolutely love it. We bought for a family member for Christmas we like it so much. So nice to have one controller that can do it all!

I really like this remote, before I had four different remotes with this remote I combined them all. Easy to program and has lighted buttons. Very nice remote !

One of the best universal remotes I have ever had. Controls everything you need it control to and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out.

Love this remote. It is so easy to program all your components by just plugging it into your computer with the provided USB and going to their website.

There is a learning curve but once mastered this is a great remote. I would recommend this to everyone, even older user can set this up and have good results.

Activities is where this device really shines. Program buttons to different devices, e.g. Volume to Receiver, but all other functions to Streaming device.

I use dor my entire entertainment sytem all pioneer bose and viZio without complications like the online setup
