Works great. Easy to program. Was able to control a Harman Kardon Blu-Ray Player/Receiver that non of the other universal remotes had codes for Highly recomend.

The ability to hook up to your laptop via USB and find the devices on line to sync to this remote is fantastic. Saves the frustration of trial and error by punching in codes.

The remote works as advertised. Sometimes there's a lag when turning on multi-devices.

Setup is very easy. If function is not available through the software update. function can be configure from remote to remote. Love it. Highly recommended.

I purchased this remote to control my home theater system. I couldn't control the HDMI Switcher, a BENQ projector, Sony Home Theater system, x-box one and a powered screen. This is the only remote I could find that I could program to operate them all. The custom macros allow me to use one button to turn on the appropriate devices that are needed for the activity I want to perform. (Listen to Music, Watch a BluRay, Watch Netflix, Play a Game).

Software is easy to use online to program and make changes - plus it uses AA batteries that last a long time so no worries about charging the remote

I stream movies and watch blu rays all the time. The picture quality is great and the functionality of the menu is much better than any of the other blu ray players i've used.

This remove has been a great extension to my home theater set up. The new online application makes it much easier to save settings.

Had the Harmony 550 for 4 years until the display stopped displaying anything...a common issue after researching. Purchased this one without checking number of devices it can store ...not enough. The older one stored up to 15 and was less expensive. There is nothing from Logitech that holds more devices unless you want to pay more than $100 extra. We paid less than $100 for the URC brand that is much more customizable.

This remote is a little confusing at first. But after you get use to it it's great. I still don't know all the things this remote can do. I'd buy it again

Overall great remote. Very easy to sync. Fully functional with my TV. Not the best looking remote but overall I was pleased with how well it worked.

I have had other harmony remotes before but this one was the easiest I have ever set up and it makes life so much better without having multiple remotes.

This remote was easy to set up and use. I only set up Watch TV and Watch a Movie all of my controlled items set up easily and I are ready to watch my choice.

With so many components in all different brands, no one remote seemed to be able to handle them all, but this one did. It lights up for use in the dark, which is handy. I'm not wild about the layout of the buttons, but no remote is perfect for everyone. I do wish it lay flat on a table and was squared at the bottom so it could stand up in my "caddy". But I'm thankful it does all it was advertised to do. Lastly, I would recommend it be professionally set up, as even the Geek Squad guy had to call their go-to guy to figure something out, and it took them a while to get everything up and running. But they did.

All Harmony remotes offer mindless set up. This is their greatest feature. This model supports up to five devices which will cover most people's audio/video configurations.

This remote was the best item we got - no 4 or 5 remotes now just one AND it is so easy to use and understand. If we mess up we just ask the remote to fix AND it does. Love it

I like the way the remote takes control of up to 8 devices.I presently am using it for 4 devices and it is so easy to use.one click loads all 4 devices

I like the product a lot and find it easy to switch between my devices (Cable, apple TV, Speakers) and also the ability to select my favorite channels. However: Even for a technical guy such as myself, the initial setup was impossible to get up an running. I had to call technical support, although helpful, also had problems getting it up and running quickly. Finally, although I really like this remote, it is temperamental and forces me at times to "fix" the devices. Easy to do but a nuisance.

I needed a remote so I didn't have to keep track of my other 4 remotes just to operate my entertainment system. This remote replaced all of them and is very easy to use!

This so user friendly! I use to have 4 remotes, now I only use 1! Yippe! And if something doesn't shut off I just hit the "Help" botton and it all works!
