This remote is very easy to set up and it is so easy to use my granddaughter uses it. Only problem I have found is if you drop it you might have to reset the batteries.

This remote is a great replacement for the 5 remotes you may have. The Progamming software is so easy to use. Just know your model of equipment and that's pretty much it.

The good: So the heart of the remote is the Web Config Software - myharmony.com. Its great of the number of devices you can find to control. The really bad: The horrible part of this software is that the folks that wrote it, thought it would be cute to do html5/css3. Which is great...if you know how to code it and test. In this case, using Chrome (best html5/css3 browser), I can not add a pause in a list of actions to turn on my PS3. So this makes using the optional PS3 add-on impossible.

Purchased the Harmony remote after my previous model died after 3 years. This is the more basic unit but gets the job done.

Easy to program. Just write down model and serial number of all your components. And the remote correct any component that becomes unpaired. Love it

Very useful and alleviates the need for multiple devices. The hardest part was reading the small print of the model numbers for my A/V equipment.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. So annoying to have 4 remotes for one t.v. this remote replaced them all!! Pretty easy to use also!!

The installer suggested this- I was happy that he had it on the truck. Very easy to run as long as you keep it aimed at the system as you turn it on

This remote works very well, as with all of these remotes they don't work 100%, they mess up once and a while.

I bought the remote to replace 6 and perform one button control of a fairly complicated system. Immediately had problems getting the s/w to run on Windows 10. After doing considerable research on their website, I ended up calling in and was instructed to turn off my virus s/w and firewall and finally had to create another account on my computer per the call reps' instructions. None of that is in the instructions. Setup was amazingly straight forward, however, the "one button" operation for the 6 components didn't work as planned. The remote has a "help" function and I ended up pushing the help button and responding to it's prompts more than if I had handled all of the remotes for the various components. I don't know if the help function was learning as I used it, but I don't have the time to teach it. One morning I pushed the button to turn one of the tvs in the system and the Directv box - the most simple of all of the activities and it wouldn't even do that without pushing the help button and responding to several prompts. I do have a component which requires RF control and I knew that in advance and was willing to forego that operability. My initial impression with it was not favorable and i'm returning it after 3 days. If you're more patient, you may get it to work as advertised. Good Luck.

This is the 2nd Logictech remote. I LOVE IT! You can program it to warch movies, listen to music, or watch TV with the touch of one button! Awesome, very easy to setup!

This is my 5th Logitech Harmony remote. Easy to set up. Only need the one remote to control devises.

Can't beat it. Turns on everything I need that is on my entertainment center. It is nice having one remote do it all rather than a remote per device.

Even I can figure out how to use this remote. It works great and I am so glad the Geek Squad advised me to purchase this to control my TV, DVD player and sound bar.

This remote replaced several others that I was using (or trying to use) with difficulty.. and unending problems. Works very well, and is very easy to use.

By far the best harmony remote due to its combination of features and price. The incremental features of the other remotes are not worth the extra $$$.
