I use this remote to control a Samsung TV, Samsung Bluray, Samsung sound bar, DirecTV (genie), and Xbox. Configuring the remote was dead easy. Just need to attach to computer (I have a macbook) and the Logitech wizard walks you through the process. Once configured the remote worked great. For those that are technologically challenged the sheer number of buttons on the remote can be overwhelming. The biggest issue we (my wife) have is when the TV source gets out of whack with the designated device. For example we have DirecTV connected to input source1, Xbox connected to input source2, Bluray connected to input source3. Sometimes when the kids play Xbox (source2) and then shut down everything the next time the DirecTV is turned on the remote "remembers" source2 instead of source1 which is our DirecTV source. This requires manually changing the input source to get DirecTV to work. I am guessing this issue can be fixed but not as straight forward as the initial setup. Overall I really like the remote and would recommend it to a friend.

This is the best universal remote I've ever owned. I control my receiver, blu-ray, dvd, cd, satellite box & sound bar with this remote and never need to use the original remotes for anything. The online setup is very easy (as long as you know your model numbers) and it is very easy to customize your buttons if needed. The color screen is easy to read. Highly recommended.

Set up was very smooth through PC, literally has replaced all of my remotes.

Easy to use and works for almost every remote control device.

This is the 4th one I have purchased. One of the buttons on my 1st one quit after 6 years of continuous use so I replaced it. I have 3 TVs and have one of these for each set. This version can be programmed with up to 5 devices: TV, Cable box, Game Systems ,DVD players,surround sound units. If you have a small setup, this is the remote for you. They perform flawlessly. If we mess up, we just push the help button and it fixes itself. There was a slight learning curve with the programming via our computer. Love that I can hook up to my computer and program all of the "activities" online. Once we got the hang of it was easy but time consuming, but well worth the time. It does drain batteries rapidly but I still highly recommend it, for controlling all your home entertainment products. Would be great if it was rechargeable.

Awesome remote easy to program !! This makes the 3rd remote I bought because they work so great . I have them everywhere in my home . No more calls from the wife and kids because they can't get the tv, blueray, and the surround sound to turn on and be on the correct settings . With a home theater and two other big screen surround systems in my home these remotes are a lifesaver

I have been using Logitech remotes for years. This is identical to my rechargeable model which has since been discontinued, so when mine finally died I picked this one up, it uses 2 AA batteries instead,. I lfind it's a pleasure to not have one more device to plug in each night. The Logitech site walks you through set up easily and only takes a few minutes to do. I love it!

This was the easiest universal remote to setup! Literally just found the model numbers for my devices, inserted them into the computer and VOILA! My activity buttons are easy to use. No huge explanations for non-technical family members (Thank goodness!). This is awesome!

Have had 2 of these. It easily programs to most all of my components. Can set up to perform all things connected to a task, rather than having to push buttons for each component. I.E. push the watch TV and all components needed turn on and switch to needed settings. Great all around remote!

Set up was easy and it is easy to use. It is better the one I replaced.

A great unit for getting rid of all of your separate remotes, especially now that it selling for about $45-$65. By hooking this up through your computer, you can program this to have 5 different activities, such as watching television, watching a movie, playing your Xbox , etc. By programming each of your home entertainment device model numbers, it will turn on or turn off each of these devices depending on the activity. For example watching a movie from your DVD player, it turns on your TV, turns on your AV receiver, turns on your DVD player, turns off your cable/satellite receiver. It also follows the input for each device. In short, one button push to turn on, turn off everything!

Recently purchased Smart TV, sound bar and Blu-ray player. After everything was set up, we realized that we would all 3 remotes to use the devices. We did not want he hassle of having to use 3 remotes. The technician told us about this remote and we couldn't be happier. It is so easy to control all 3 devices with one single remote. Best investment ever. Very easy to use.

Awesome remote. I got a Denon receiver from someone that couldn't find a remote that worked with it. This remote works with it perfectly. It was a bit of a pain to program. The website kept freezing up on me. Once I got it programmed though, so much easier. One button turns on everything for watching TV. Another button for blu ray. Awesome remote well worth the money.

The remote was incredibly easy to program and use. The remote was purchased for my parents to eliminate confusion with multiple remotes. The ability to program functionality variations for controls based on a selection of cable, movie, and other devices was exactly what was needed to enable them to enjoy all of their electronic devices without having to call for help.

Really happy with this remote, the setup is easy for technical folks, however for people that are non-technical may find it a little hard to setup first time. Was able to find all the IR codes for all the common devices in the house. I like the programmable activities feature.

This is an amazing device that does exactly what it is supposed to and the online set up is a breeze, you will never understand why anyone has four remotes on the coffee table again. Great Product to simplify life especially for those easily confused by switching source components!!

Really enjoying this new remote. I've had a few Logitech remotes in the past. Out side of the one or ultimate remotes this version is the best. I only wish it was rechargeable like the one/ultimate. Set up takes some time especially if you find you need to tweek some of the default settings and button layouts. But once it is set, there's not much better.
