My remote works great and is compatible with all my devices. Nice to only have to use 1 remote

Great remote. Fits well in the hand. Does seem to eat batteries up. Wish the menu could hold room for a few more buttons that don't seem to show up otherwise.

System is easy to use, but would be nice to have more control. A bit overpriced compared to past offerings.

It controls the television, cable box, sound bar and blue-ray player. Set up is done through your computer.

We were tired of using multiple devices, the Logitech Universal solves it all. We like it so much we are getting additional ones for our vacation home.

I love the capabilities of the device and computer setup software. I do have a complaint about how it fails to choose the correct input device off of the Polaroid TV my neighbor owns. It fails every time unless I walk through the help to select it. Then as long as the remote remains on and the ALLOFF is not pressed, all of the activities work correctly selecting the right input device for each. It just can't remember how to do that and the software won't set it correctly even with additional options and steps programmed into it.

This remote answered my multi remote problems instantly. Very easy to set up and the one button commands are fantastic. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

This was very easy to set up. Has a great PC interface which makes set easy or any changes. Simple to use and works very well.

The remote was pretty easy to set up using the web based setup. I have a remote extender and hdmi splitter for a xbox and cable box. The 'watch tv' program doesn't always work and the fix it features are just very simple(turn tv on/off, cable box on/off, ect..). It works and will be better once I add more devices(blu-ray, apple tv). But for now it is finicky and doesn't always work.

I was able to put away all the remotes for my DirecTV box, surround sound, TV and blu-ray player. Much nicer to see one remote than four! Works great!

This is worth it if you have many products that are not the same brand. Easy setup and it has met my demands. One remote for tv, roku,bd,tivo. Good to go!

Love this remote with color screen and custom icons. It is easy to setup with the my harmony website. Would recommend to anyone looking for advance remote

This is a great entry level Harmony. Should not be so pricey, but it is great for controlling multiple devices.
