I bought this remote to use with a Sony STRDN850, LG Blu-ray, Panasonic 42" Plasma, and FireTV. It works perfectly with everything but the FireTV, because FireTV is not supported. I found a work-around for FireTV by including programming for a legitimate device(most anything works), but one I do not own. By selecting that "fake" device on the remote, all components necessary to run the FireTV turn on *except* the FireTV. Then I simply use the FireTV remote to power up FireTV, which is fine because you still need to use the FireTV remote to navigate FireTV.

This was very easy to set up. Has a great PC interface which makes set easy or any changes. Simple to use and works very well.

There are a lot of components in my Entertainment Center and this allows everyone to use the system, the way it should be used. From the wife, kids, grandparents & babysitters) - they all get the full experience. One remote controls the entire entertainment system and it's simple to use. You use the software and your computer to program the remote - adding in the devices in your entertainment center. Once done you select the type of activity you want to enjoy and click that button. The remote turns everything that is needed on and selects the correct functions/inputs.

Great value, we just wish it could also control an Amazon fire stick.

Had an older model of the Logitech Universal remote, and this remote is so much better. Ease of set-up is basically the same, you plug it into your computer via a mini USB port. If something doesn't function correctly, you press "Help" and it learns from its mistakes. It is back-lit (!!) which is just awesome. The feel of it in your hands and using it is also waaay better than the last model we had. The weight, shape, and button placement is just more intuitive and useful. It feels more like the Cable remote we are used too just now it manages ALL of our components!

This replaces my old universal remote which was challenging to program. This model is so easy to program for all your audio/video devices.

old 650 died a tragic death so this was a replacement. a truly easy unit to set up and plug and play. synch sometimes glitches but not often

Our dog chewed up our tv remote and our cable remote. We purchased this baby and it works great!

Sometimes it doesn't turn things on properly and that is annoying but everything else is fabulous to use.

Overall it's a great & affordable universal remote. The kids are able to use I & the built in assistant corrects any issues when the wrong buttons are used.

It took me a while to get the programming right, but once done, the remote performed well

This is great for "old" people. Haven't found anything confusing. Looks like all you might have to do is text the Grand kids.... SIMPLE

Before we got this remote we had 4 remotes to do the job that this one does. We could not be happier with it.

Great remote for everyday all-in-one with nice color screen. What's great is that it's got enough options and features to make me happy while not overwhelming my wife and kids. The only negative issue I've had is that it can easily get into the "Help" menu which has no easy exit (have to answer/cycle thru all the questions). So the benefits far outweigh the con's and I recommend this due to expansive options and nice screen, especially at an affordable price.

This is a GREAT remote! Very easy to set up and use. Gets rid of all other remotes. This is my second one and I bought these for family members as well.

Replaced an older model Logitech remote with this and could not be happier. This remote is easy to configure using the USB connection to the computer. The only issue it has is if it I use another remote to put devices on, a few buttons under help screen needs to tell the harmony remote that my devices are already on. After this the remote will work again without issue.

This remote had one pleasant surprise after another. I plugged it into my PC via USB and programmed it for the combinations I use a lot. Unplug it and start enjoying one-remote to rule them all. If it fails to turn off your blue-ray player when it turns off the other devices? Punch HELP and it walks you through various things that might have gone wrong. When the problem is isolated, tell it "yes, that fixed the problem." It learns not to make that mistake again. One final pleasant surprise . . . when you pick it up, the buttons light so you can easily see them in a dark room.

Works as advertised. Set up not overly complicated. We have an older one of the same kind and like it so purchased another. Very satisfied.

This device makes going from TV to Movies to dvd's, to music extremely easy. One has the ability to use only one remote for all units in the system.

I'm a little disappointed with this remote. I had another Logitech in the past that worked better. This one is okay, but seems to have some idiosynchasies. I have to hit the power off button twice to turn everything off. The first push seems to do nothing. On some occasions, all components do not turn on correctly. These problems are not a big deal, but really should not occur. Programming is not a big deal if you are tech savvy. If not, use the Geek Squad.
