Great remote for everyday all-in-one with nice color screen. What's great is that it's got enough options and features to make me happy while not overwhelming my wife and kids. The only negative issue I've had is that it can easily get into the "Help" menu which has no easy exit (have to answer/cycle thru all the questions). So the benefits far outweigh the con's and I recommend this due to expansive options and nice screen, especially at an affordable price.

This device makes going from TV to Movies to dvd's, to music extremely easy. One has the ability to use only one remote for all units in the system.

This is a GREAT remote! Very easy to set up and use. Gets rid of all other remotes. This is my second one and I bought these for family members as well.

Great remote with incredible functionality. My only complaint is that the programming has to be done through a web UI and doesn't always work the best.

I'm a little disappointed with this remote. I had another Logitech in the past that worked better. This one is okay, but seems to have some idiosynchasies. I have to hit the power off button twice to turn everything off. The first push seems to do nothing. On some occasions, all components do not turn on correctly. These problems are not a big deal, but really should not occur. Programming is not a big deal if you are tech savvy. If not, use the Geek Squad.

This remote had one pleasant surprise after another. I plugged it into my PC via USB and programmed it for the combinations I use a lot. Unplug it and start enjoying one-remote to rule them all. If it fails to turn off your blue-ray player when it turns off the other devices? Punch HELP and it walks you through various things that might have gone wrong. When the problem is isolated, tell it "yes, that fixed the problem." It learns not to make that mistake again. One final pleasant surprise . . . when you pick it up, the buttons light so you can easily see them in a dark room.

I am using this universal remote with a Samsung SUHD 4K smart TV, Samsung Blu-ray player, and Denon sound bar. It works all the devices reasonably well but could be better. Voice control which is available on the Samsung TV remote would be helpful. Also an easier way to move the cursor on the smart hub would be better. Maybe those items are available only on more expensive models of remote, some of which can get very pricey.

This device was perfect for what we needed . Very easy to program for all of our devices.

Certain buttons that are used more then others are to small and cause errors when using them. A redesign to make all the keys more operator friendly. Also the lower keys freeze and the device must be turned off to reset.. One good thing is all devices can be used on one remote. I would only recommend if it were explained of ti's faults. ..

I could not be happier with this remote. The only pain with setting this up was finding the model numbers for all the devices I wanted the remote to control. I love the one button activity buttons that turn on and change all the settings to do that activity. For example if someone was using the game system and didn't reset everything before turning it off, when I hit the "watch TV" button, the TV is changed to the correct input, as is the HDMI switch, and surround sound. Really pleased with this purchase.

i have been looking to buy an all-in-one controller for my entertainment setup and this controller is AMAZING! it does everything that i could want!

The setup is extensive, but it works! It controls 7 functions beautifully. Customer service is also very good. They answer the phone!

I have 2 650s the 1st one i set up thru My Harmony.com. I had trouble with set up on the 2nd one, had to wait 4 days for a level 2 to call me back. then I had to set up another account with Logitec Harmony also down load new software. All the software should be on one website.All in all it was very frustrating,but after many hrs on the phone with cust. service they are set up and r working fine, i don't understand the need for 2 websites for the same product.

This is our second Harmony remote. After learning how to set up the first one, programming and updating it was easy. Works great.

I have 2 of these. One for the bedroom and one for the hobby room. They are easy to setup and control all my devices. I would recommend them to anyone.

It’s good because every device that I have programmed into it works, whether it’s old or new. I like that I am able to get rid of 5 remotes. My wife has a hard time with it though. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because it doesn’t always work like it should. Sometimes I press a button and it doesn’t perform so I have to hit all off and then back on and it starts to work again.

I like to have 8 device access with only touching the remote. Easy to just touch button and you have the access of your choice.

This remote has been a dream come true. No more searching for and using 4 different remotes. This ingenious remote does it all. So simple to learn.
