If it weren't for you having to download your device info from Internet it wouldn't be so bad but you do every time you get a new device .

Great remote that was super easy to set up and easy to use. Got it totally set with all my devices in under an hour and has worked flawlessly ever since!

It’s good because every device that I have programmed into it works, whether it’s old or new. I like that I am able to get rid of 5 remotes. My wife has a hard time with it though. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because it doesn’t always work like it should. Sometimes I press a button and it doesn’t perform so I have to hit all off and then back on and it starts to work again.

I am still learning this remote but so far its great and I think it can only get better. Its so nice not having 16 remotes laying around!

Great universal control, easy to program and to use, I used to have 5 different remotes and now I only use thi one. Wish I had bought it earlier.

Great product. Easy setup, now allows my kids to operate and change between TV and watching movies all by themselves. Very intuitive and easy to use.
