Easy to use remote

A Lot Better Than The More Expensive Touchscreen

I reluctantly bought the touchscreen model to replace a broken Harmony One which had physical buttons and was awesome. Spent over $100 on the touchscreen which is practically unusable. Bought this cheaper model since in has physical buttons and it is great. The difference between this model and the next model up is this one uses disposable batteries where the next model up needs to be charged. Can't go wrong with this one!

Ok universal remote

Works as advertised

I very much recommend it. The only issue I've had is that you often have to "coach" the remote along to complete programmed actions such as Watch TV or All Off. The help screen works great but it sometimes takes a few extra steps to accomplish what you want. Other than that we love it. The coffee table is now free of other remotes. They've all been put away.
