This is a great universal remote that is easy to use for the whole family. This remote takes the place of 5 remotes.

The remote works pretty much exactly as advertised. Sometimes the multi-function activities don't work quite as planned. Not all devices turn on quite properly 100% of the time. Overall, I am very pleased with this remote. It is nice not to have to pickup three remotes to turn on our complete system. It would be nice to have the more advanced touch screen version, however, it is price prohibitive.

Bought it for my father in law who absolutely loves it. Says it was easy to set up and allowed him to convert 6 remotes into only one.

I love the idea of only one remote, but the remote is very slow. If you are impatient like myself you will not be too happy.

I liked how easy it was to set up. It works all of my other remotes with ease. I use this one in my RV and am purchasing one for my home

Have been using Harmony remotes for years and got this one for a friend. He loves it and was able to consolidate from 4 remotes to 1.

Works across multiple receivers, TVs and everything else you need it to run. At this price point it is the best option IMO.

This remote works great with the DVR, surround sound and regular TV. It handles all controls well and I am technologically challenged

It works great just have to know your equipment . I love it it turns on with the slightest movement to see it in the dark .

I often have to hit "help" and then it corrects itself. Kind of a pain in the neck.

This remote control is simply to use and set-up; so much so that my nine year old can operate it without assistance.

Not as nice as some of the older harmony remotes (like 750 or 950) but adequate and good value

able to easily add all devices (some very old) and provide basic functions unable to have it learn keys from smart devices activitiity toggles similar brand devices best part it provides back-up for all your remotes if lost however still need them for 'unlearned' functions would recommend with qualifications

we are thrilled to have only one remote that handles the tv, dvr, sound, etc. it is so much easier than having 3 remotes plus cable remote

This remote is an absolute necessity for any household that has more than 3 devices. I trashed 5 remotes. Easy setup on a mac or PC.

Original remote destroyed by dog. Explained my dilemma to salesman and he suggested this product. Easy to set up and use.

Decided to try one of these for the first time. Okay overall. But in the long run I'm not using it now once I switched to TiVo.
