I like it so much I bought a second one for my aunt to use. She loved it, she is 75 and has no trouble learning how to use it.

This is a really good universal remote for the price. The setup is as easy as it gets, you just log onto the website and select what you want to setup and enter the make and model number and that's it. The only negative I have seen is that it does not hold up well to being dropped. If you drop it then it resets itself and you have to select the option you want to use to get it to function again.

All settings were copied over automatically from my old Harmony remote. Works as expected.

Works great with my Samsung TV, Xbox, Samsung Blu-ray, and cable box. The only issue was with my Samsung sound bar. It thinks there is 1 less input than there actually is for my sound bar. When I press "Watch TV" when I'm playing Xbox (or vice versa), I'll have to manually hit the "input" button once to switch the sound bar to the right input. Besides that minor annoyance, This remote works great!

I was tired of too many remotes. Remote is very easy to set up and works for all my components. Must have.

This is a really great remote. We have had the more expensive remotes like this and this remote is far better for the price!

This is a good remote, but it is not as easy as it seems to get it to sync. It also tends to in-sync randomly.

This is my first universal remote and it gets the job done for a very reasonable price.
