I find the universal remote easy to operate and it lent itself to a comfortable muscle memory foundation.

Was got pretty frusterated trying to set this remote up, once I did finally got it to work it is awesome

Not sure why but mine no longer powers on my TV. Also it seems really sensitive in what direction you're pointing at... if you aren't aiming directly at your components it won't relay commands. But for the money it's a good deal and I really like how easy it is to program on my computer.

The remote was easy to setup and using it is easy. If a device doesnt turn on. Just pressing the help button fixes it

This is the best remote I ever had, it is easy to program with the computer and the models of my devices it is a breeze to get used to it instead of 4 or 5 different remotes, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the only devise it does not support is my Amazon Fire Stick if this remote supported my fire stick it would be awsome

Use it with my XBOX 1 to control my tv and apps. Works very well although sometimes the commands to turn on/off multiple devices do not always work. And for some reason sometimes it will turn on my remote controlled fan. The app for setting up devices needs updates as it is very outdated.

Love this remote, it's simple design is extremely easy to use and it alleviated four remotes from my coffee table.

Seems to work well but sends out IR signals very slowly. Often causes the device to get out of sync with the equipment. Have to keep remote pointed at the IR sensor or equipment rack a long time or until all devices have responded to the activity or on/off command you desired. Good news is the help button always fixes this problem. Bad news, needs process IR signals faster!

this is a great remote. the help button is very intuitive after the remote has been configured. the only drawback I see with it is that it is a line of sight device, not radio wave. you have to be in sight of the devices you want to control for it to operate properly. you can have that with a costlier remote which we used to have, but it messed up so often, we went back to this one. it is more reliable IMHO.

This universal remote is the best thing I own. Does all the things specified to do. Love it very much.
