Good Remote

Often causes the device to get out of sync with the equipment. Have to keep remote pointed at the IR sensor or equipment rack a long time or until all devices have responded to the activity or on/off command you desired. Good news is the help button always fixes this problem. Bad news, needs process IR signals faster!

This product works well controlling them all. However, it often gets stuck turning everything on and sometimes it won't control the volume and you have go into the sound bar itself. Overall it works for what i need it to do. I like the lower end model better

functions but goes through batteries quickly

Doesn't always turn everything on that's programmed without hitting the help button to correct what wasn't turned on. Had to use rechargeable batteries because it went through batteries so quickly.
