Excellent unit. I have 4 in different areas of home. I have all four units programmed the same so easy for all family members. Easy to customize. One button died after 2 years but other three going strong. I replaced the bad unit with another of the same model.

Set up was easy and it recognized all my components!

This is my second Harmony remote. I only bought a new one because my other one was technologically "over the hill". I had Geek Squad do my TV installation with cable box/dvr and dvd/vcr player and Harmony setup because I am not up to speed. He did a great job and this remote is soooo easy to use for ALL of the components.

Always wanted a nice universal remote but didn't want to spend the money. This one came up as a Deal of the Day and tried it out. Glad I did. Have every device hooked up in my theater room and don't have to be scrambling to find anymore remotes. 1 and done

This is a great remote I use it for all my devices. At first I had problems with the set up but one phone call with the logitech tech and he guiding me through it with ease. Turns out I had weak Internet connections. Once it was synced I had no problems.

This thing was a breeze to program and I like how simple it is to use. Gone are the days of having to sit there and constantly turn the tv on and off a hundred times to program the universal remote. Just get your device info and use the computer software to program this bad boy. The rest of my remotes now live in a drawer!

I was a little skeptical about this before I bought it... that much for a remote?? Now that I have one (actually I have two now!), I can't imagine not having it. It eliminated the remote clutter we all hate. It is very versatile in terms of the devices it can control and the functions you can assign to it. I highly recommend!

This remote was a great pick up and I am impressed with how much it has changed my routine when watching television. The My Harmony app is a must and will help you get the most that you can from your remote. The activities function and ability to assign commands to particular buttons are awesome and make things so much easier.

This is my third Logitech universal remote. Overall this is a very good universal remote that is easy to setup via the Logitech website after you get all of the model numbers for the devices that you want to use. From time to time certain devices may not turn on/off correctly or switch to their correct setting if you move the remote away from them while it is sending its commands to them. The screen does tell you to "keep the remote pointed at your system" after you press one of the system buttons, so just be sure to keep holding it towards your TV and other devices after pressing the Watch TV, Watch a Movie, Listen to Music, etc. buttons. If this does happen, though, just press the Help button and then answer the Yes/No questions to fix what went wrong.

There is simply no other way to put it. Anyone who has an Entertainment system with more than 3 or 4 Devices absolutely must have a Harmony Remote! I had the old Harmony 550 for nearly 8 years before I decided to get a new Remote and I love them both! 650 is an outstanding value, very easy to setup and you can contact support easily to help transfer old settings. The only thing I didn't like was not be able to manually order the Activities list but in the grand scheme of things it's really a very minor detail and a non-issue. And it absolutely does work with ROKU (I have the Roku 3) and Apple TV (I have the 4th generation Apple TV). I LOVE this Remote and would recommend to anyone!

We have an older 670 that we've had 8 years or more that still works great. This is our second 650. It makes everything so much easier. One touch turns everything on and off. The HELP button makes it idiot proof. Spending time to customize the buttons is well worth it to take the button arrangement from good to great!

This remote is excellent once you know how to use it. They don't make it easy though. Nothing can be done unless you create an Activity. Watch TV is an Activity. Watch a Movie is an Activity but wait is that your DVD player or is that your Roku? It could be either but it took me a while to determine that it makes more practical sense to define my the Watch a Movie button as the DVD player and the Roku as the More Activities button because of my use pattern. Activities are assigned to a button and also to a screen commands of the same name. Two different ways to do the same thing. Why? I'm used to it now and have added custom programming but better documentation with Why questions addressed would have been welcome. This was a replacement remote for one that died after 9 months so buy extended warranty or be prepared to replace it. Logitech customer service is ineffective.

Amazing product in that it seems to be able to handle most brands and models. That being said, I didn't really expect it would take several hours of programming & fine-tuning to get where I wanted.

I liked the product before the batteries died and had to be replaced. There is a trick to r eplacing the batteries. I am 78 and found you have to push the number 2 on the remote when replacing the batteries or the remote does not work. I looked it up on the web and there were about 40 bad remarks about this and almost all returned the remotes. I read on for almost 45 remarks and found a notice that you had to push 2 during the battery replacement process.....this is stupid! I didn't have use of my TV for two days before I found the secret. not good harmony. :(

At $80, this remote will likely do everything that you need it to do. The software is very easy to use, and can program fairly quickly. If you need help with programming, there are people out there that are very good at it. If you have a complicated system, though, look elsewhere. The harmony's will only take you so far.

I was not expecting much when I purchased the universal remote but I am very happy with the results. It handles all of my AV devices except the ROKU stick but that is fine. Consolidated 5 remotes into one and it handles all of the tasks that each remote offered. So easy, I have bought one for my elderly parents!

Have the Harmony One. This is the new version. I like. certainly replaces lots of remotes. Screen and settings are easy to setup. Only concern is sometimes when changing channels on the TV, the remote screen does not alway pick up easily. Would recommend.

It's funny seeing the several reviews with OS issues. I'm not a tech savant, but setting this thing up was fairly easy. Only thing you need to know is your equipment model numbers. Having them ready makes the setup quite easy. I currently have 2 of these remotes in my house - LIving Room w/ 5 devices and Bedroom w/ 4 devices. The color LCD screen makes it easy to use even for 1st timers. Did I mention it works with both my PS4 and Xbox One? Great option so you don't have to kill your console controllers watching TV like I always seem to do. Grab them when they're on sale. Totally worth it!

It was very easy to program this remote. The instructions were clear and simple to follow and setup took about 15 minutes for our entire system. I love that the remote replaced four remotes we had sitting on the nightstand. Less remotes = less batteries = less clutter. My only regret is not getting the one with more features. This remote will be moving to the kid's loft soon and we will be upgrading for the family room setup. Currently this remote is controlling our smart tv, sound bar, DirecTV box and blue ray player. They all turn on and off seamlessly. In the rare instance that something doesn't get turned on or off with the button, the help button fixes the issue for you.
