I was really skeptical when the sales person suggested purchasing it but now that I have it I absolutely LOVE IT!!!

Controls almost all functions of a smart TV, Audio anp,, cable box, and BR player.

Bought this as a gift for my husband so he could consolidate all of the remotes in his man cave.

The Harmony 650 is easy to set up and program for operating several devices. It controls my Comcast (Xfinity) cable box, LG TV, and Onkyo receiver. The "Help" button is great for correcting any issues in seconds without having to leave your seat. Individual buttons activate the system with one touch for different modes...TV viewing, DVD viewing, music. Also works with a remote extender for components hidden in cabinetry.

This is our 3rd purchase of this remote. The first remote became a chew toy for our new dog! The second one we bought was not as good as the first. If you dropped it even on the carpet the batteries would shift and mess the remote up and you would have to shut the tv down and start over. This last one does not do that so it is much better.

I was forced to downgrade from the 700 model as it is no longer available? The big difference is that this new model is not equipped with rechargeable batteries. I have had 3 of these now, in less than 5 years. The keys wear out easily, but this is the only under $100 remote that works well and is easy to program. I reccomend it highly, but will continue looking for something better because of the replacement costs and short lifespan. It's annual cost is about $50.

This remote syncs everything in my room perfectly and have had no problems with directv box or tv or my sound bar

This remote is one of my favorite purchases. Rather than having two or three to deal with, this remote is smart enough to control all of my devices! I even trained it to control our digital candles. The activity concept makes setup a breeze and it knows every device I have ever tried to add. I bought this remote for everyone in my family and they love it too. So simple and yet so amazing. I have them all and the 650 wins hands down.

Got this to use with Flirc receiver on computer. I may need to buy a second for another room.

If you have multiple remotes and some people in the family or your parents who are visiting can't watch TV without help then your life will be better with this product. Set up is not difficult but takes some patients and is best left to your family IT person. Take the old remotes away when you introduce this new one or people will stick with the old and never appreciate the new.

Was looking for a single remote to clean up the coffee table. This one has replaced three. Online setup (required) is straight forward but took a few times to get the remote functioning exactly as I wanted. Did not realize it when I bought it but the remote has a motion sensor in it and lights up when you grab it - very nice in a dark room.

This is my third harmony remote I buy, love them. Easy setup and updates and very easy to use

This is my 2nd Harmony 650. This is great and I have not had any component that it won't control.

Easy computer assisted set up-you do need the model numbers of your devices, but after that it's a piece of cake!

Remote was acquired and setup by our son, it works great and eliminates need for several remotes laying around!

Easy to setup, works wonderfully, was using 4 controls to manage, now just the one does the trick.
