This remote is as good as my first Harmony 650, easy to program and very reliable. No brainer.

Easy setup great control recommend anyone looking for all in one to get this worth the price.

Just a suggestion: Offer this item when a TV is purchased. I wish we had it 2 years ago! It is so easy to use.

Terrific product, especially for older people who are frustrated by multiple remotes. Has a screen with text that easily repairs problems. Asks questions such as, "Did that fix the problem?" , and continues until it IS fixed. The Harmony 650 controls up to 5 pieces of equipment, I believe. Unhappy with customer NO SERVICE regarding my original one with disappearing markings. However, it is a terrific piece of equipment that I would have a hard time living without.

I have tried other remotes and found that this remote does the job. I plan on getting one more for my other TV.

It took me a while to understand how to program it and even when I did it was still hard to control.

Setting my remote up was easy, very easy. However, it doesn't work that well behind a closed door.

This remote is great is you have a sound system, tv, blu Ray player. If you have other devices that require a Bluetooth connection this remote will not work. Apple TV, amazon fire tv and similiar devices will not work. You will need the higher models to control those devices. Other than that this does it all

I purchased the Harmony remote to simplify things in my family room. The set up wasn't intuitive, but it wasn't all that difficult either. The daily use is fine, and it works with my insignia tv, xbox one, and sonos sound bar. The downside for this remote is a big one. My wife and kids aren't interested in understanding every nuance of how the remote works, they want to push the power button and have everything come on as expected. Unfortunately, the Harmony remote occasionally "forgets" the commands. I'll press the "watch tv" activity button which should kick on the Directv receiver, the Sonos sound bar, and turn on the tv with the correct input. Sometimes one of the devices won't turn on, or the tv won't change to the right input, etc. I can search through the remote's menu to correct the issue, but the entire goal was one button simplicity and this remote doesn't live up to that goal.

It's relatively simple to use. But it was not that simple to program.
