Hit and Miss!

The 1st one lasted about 9 years before it finally went out. However, the 2nd one was nothing but trouble, almost from the beginning! After 10 mos I just purchased a 3rd Harmony Remote to replace the one that ended up being a "lemon." Hopefully, this one lasts much longer than the 2nd one!

It simply slows down then stops, then I scramble for the antique remote. and once it stops working, it's very difficult to solve the problem so it works like new. not sure i would recommend this product. considering its reliability, the price is inflated.

Great remote setup took too long

The only thing that was not mentioned was the setup for the remote is through Logitech's website. The traffic on the website was too heavy to setup my remote. It took too long and I had to wait 2 days before the website allowed me to sync my remote. Now that it is set up, I love the remote.
