Works as advertised with all my stuff. What else is there to say. And yet they insist on more characters.

Best option for the money. works well and is convenient

NICE TO HAVE ALL YOUR DEVICES COMBINED INTO ONE UNIT. WE HAD GEEK SQUAD SETUP WHICH WAS GREAT.

I purchased the Harmony remote to simplify things in my family room. The set up wasn't intuitive, but it wasn't all that difficult either. The daily use is fine, and it works with my insignia tv, xbox one, and sonos sound bar. The downside for this remote is a big one. My wife and kids aren't interested in understanding every nuance of how the remote works, they want to push the power button and have everything come on as expected. Unfortunately, the Harmony remote occasionally "forgets" the commands. I'll press the "watch tv" activity button which should kick on the Directv receiver, the Sonos sound bar, and turn on the tv with the correct input. Sometimes one of the devices won't turn on, or the tv won't change to the right input, etc. I can search through the remote's menu to correct the issue, but the entire goal was one button simplicity and this remote doesn't live up to that goal.

Easy setup from my other Harmony remote information. Easier to use than the touch screen model.

The Harmony remote doesn't work with the Sonos 5.1. We exchanged it for a tablet to control on/off.

I don't know how people function without one of these. One remote works all my components.

A great multi-controller. Best value for multiple features. Very dependable & simple to use.

This is my 3rd Logitech remote, and they are great. It is so much easier with everything on one.

This remote is great is you have a sound system, tv, blu Ray player. If you have other devices that require a Bluetooth connection this remote will not work. Apple TV, amazon fire tv and similiar devices will not work. You will need the higher models to control those devices. Other than that this does it all

One control for all electronics. Very easy to set up and easy to use.

the remote was a breeze to set up, and when it works its great! But it doesn't keep working. It simply slows down then stops, then I scramble for the antique remote. and once it stops working, it's very difficult to solve the problem so it works like new. not sure i would recommend this product. considering its reliability, the price is inflated.

Second one I have. Good relatively inexpensive remote

I researched universal remotes and saw all the great reviews for this one. The only thing that was not mentioned was the setup for the remote is through Logitech's website. The traffic on the website was too heavy to setup my remote. It took too long and I had to wait 2 days before the website allowed me to sync my remote. Now that it is set up, I love the remote.

Bought two of these for stocking stuffers. Great remote for a reasonable price. Very easy to set up and use.

Great controller, the only problem is that if you have children they need to be able to read.
