The best feature that this remote has a in the HELP button. When things are working right if press HELP then it automatically takes steps to fix the problem. It will even ask you a series of questions if its first attempt didn't work. I also use the favorite channel presets a lot!

great universal remote

It is so easy that my wife can use it and she still hasn't managed text messaging. There is a button for each activity (up to 10 activities) and the buttons are easy to understand-"watch tv", listen to music, "smart TV", Roku, watch a DVD.

Then to move from the TV to your DVD or CD player with the touch on one button is great. I would have the Geek Squad install this to your equipment as they are very professional but this remote is worth every penny I paid for it. It does many other things as well that I have not discussed here.
