Wonderful for the technically challenged

Mike recommended this remote and the Geek Squad taught him all about the remote with the installation. It's a one button turn on for the TV, Hopper and sound system. Also controls the blu-ray player and dish TV. Has a help button to help you fix a mistake if you somehow mess up.

Universal Remote That Does Its Job

Love the LCD screen. Some of the actions like "Watch a Movie" and "Watch TV" don't sync perfectly with my TV. There are Help options to fix these issues and for the most part fixed any issues quickly. Still having trouble with my Soundbar being on the correct input when I press "Watch TV" (it is designated correctly in the action log).

Sort of Works With Amazon Fire
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought to work with Samsung Tv, Samsung Blue-ray, sound bar, and amazon fire box. It can do everything except there is no substitute for the home button on the Amazon fire remote. In Netflix within Amazon Fire app, you can find an exit option. However, not all apps have an exit so then you have to get out the Amazon fire remote.
