It has replaced 5 remotes for me. Only draw back is batteries that need to be replaced.

I purchase this same remote a few years back. The one reoccurring complaint on the reviews was how easily the remote lost connectivity with the devices, and needed to be reprogrammed. In the six weeks I have had this new remote, that problem has not occurred, even when dropped. The new remote also seems like a sturdier model than the previous one.

I bought this remote to replace a lost Samsung BluRay remote. Since this was on sale for about $70, I figured it was worth spending a bit more money in order to get some of the extra bells and whistles. Not worth it for me. First, it won't work with my projector (Optoma). Secondly, when working with the Samsung, the remote's little screen's commands are kind of rudimentary, and you have to page through multiple screens sometimes to get to the command that you're seeking. Third, when using the rewind, ff or pause commands, there's a bit of a delay which can be kind of an annoyance. Lastly, and this is really in the Small Points Department, the "OK" button in the middle of the 4-way toggle, probably the most important button on any remote, it itty-bitty, teeny-tiny -- it would have been nice if that was bigger and served as the "anchor" button in the dark.

This thing is great and so easy to use that my husband can do it all by himself.

Logitech makes it easy to setup their remotes and to control all devices easily.

In the past I've never had issue with Logitech, But for some reason I can only get this remote to turn on my Sony AV receiver through Devises , however it turns off everything with one button. I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions with no success, I quess it's still better then having to use 4 different remotes.

Set up with new Sony TV by Geek Squad. Easy to use and navigate between cable, Netflix and mre.

I purchased my 1st Harmony remote approx 10 years ago and I love it! It was time to upgrade as my old buttons were worn and not working as well. I’m impressed it lived as long as it did after many drops and several years of use. I highly recommend this remote if you have several devices to control.

Simplifies numerous remotes. We had three remotes and we're now down to this one.
