Has great functionality. The "Help" button works really well. If a component doesn't turn on correctly when you want to watch TV or DVD or whatever, the Help button walks you through anything that can fix the problem. Very useful remote and a great price vs. much more expensive options that do the same thing.

If you don't have a harmony, get one. This remote is great and replaces all of your other remotes

I've had a 700 model for a number of years that is a great concept but has always been erratic in performance. This latest version of the 650 is nearly flawless. Communicates perfectly with all the associated equipment and seems to sync faster to the desktop app. I just set up my grandmother with one, and although she might not be familiar enough to program and sync it, she loves using it.

Although this is the low end of the product line, it did the trick to unify our 5 devices. Very easy to use computer interface set up. The biggest pain was finding the device serial numbers. Sometimes it has "forgotten" some programming but just plug it in to the pc and sync it again.. I am very pleased with this purchase and am glad we didn't "over buy" more of a device than what we needed.

I have a Samsung TV, Polk Audio sound bar (that works great) and a Time Warner box on this controller. You are going to have to read just a little and hook it up to your computer to program it. But once that is done and you practice a little bit it works just fine. Everyone wants something that is PNP, but with all the different mfgs it ain't gonna happen! Ergonomics of it are also fine.

This is my first universal remote and I'm very pleased at how simple it is to use.
