Easy set up and now I can point and click my way with one remote instead of 5

Does everything I want it to do. Do not have to use any other remotes and cuts down on clutter

I had first tried the harmony ultimate one , which has a much bigger color screen, but few hard buttons. I found it to have far too many issues with the touch screen that detracted from its functionality. The Harmony 650 turns out to be just right in the combination and is pleasant to hold and Use. so far the battery life is good.

My first complaint, lack of support for Amazon Fire TV, was something that I knew about before I purchased it. The Fire needs a bluetooth remote, and this is IR. But it does work with my appleTV. And pretty much every other device. It's well-built and lasts for a while on its batteries, however setup is rather complicated, and uses an old Flash-based app. My Mac warns me about it needing to be updated as soon as I launch it, and it is just generally a janky app. Login takes a while, and the drag and drop of the buttons for the arrangement in the display is clunky. That being said, the operation is pretty straightforward. I would just be sure to move the buttons that you are going to need to the first screen of the display for each device.

Great remote for integrating several audio components. I use it for my Samsung TV, Samsung Sound Bar, and DirecTV satellite box. One button turns them all on and off. I like being able to customize the buttons and the remote's screen functions so I don't have to grab different remotes to for everything.

Works well with many devices and very easy to setup. Keeps life very simple.

ok would recomend this product to everyone with more than one remote on a tv

This is exactly I have been looking for & for many years. It works wonderful.

I love the concept of what this remote is supposed to do. However, I have a PS3 and the accompanying Logitech add on to control the PS3. If you don't have this remote perfectly aimed at your equipment it will skip a step in turning something on. Sometimes the PS3 portion just doesn't get picked up period. Then you press help, and it will usually fix everything by running through the presets again. However, since the PS3 must use the same signal for "off" as it does "on" it will remain out of sync until you power everything down and start over. For all of the money this line of logitech controllers cost, you would think they could figure out how to make them full proof. This was my 2nd logitech controller and I was really hoping that a newer model would have addressed these problems, but it is no better than the old one. I probably won't try again with these logitech remotes until I hear they've fixed this problem with the video game consoles.

This remote does it all. No more hassles with multiple remotes. Great buy.

Needed to replace an older Logitech Harmony remote and this does the trick. It does take some effort to program it through your computer, but once done you're good to go. If there are any issues with the settings, the "HELP" button provides a quick resolution. Would recommend for those with a multi-device entertainment system.
