Had a Harmony One, but it died. This one did everything the One did, and was less expensive.

It was recommended by a sales person at Best Buy. He had one he said and it ended using all other remotes. I guess I expected something different. Not really sure what I expected. The remote programming first wouldn't recognize the Cox cable box. Took me 20 minutes just to get that programmed by pointing it to the box and waiting for it to recognize it. It takes some getting used to. Each time you use the TV you have to set it back to the TV to even increase the volume. When you use the Sound System again you have to go back and click that to use it....you must be able to read small print on the screen too. I wouldn't recommend it for people who have sight issues. I still haven't figured out how to change the CC. It's probably great for a profound GEEK who uses this stuff all the time but if you just want to watch a little TV in the evening, I wouldn't get it. It's easier to use 3 remotes. I am still debating on returning it.

Very easy to use--even for my 86 year old mother. Definitely recommend it!

This remote control works good and is very easy to set up but its not for a complicated system. I have a cable box DVR, a 5 disk DVD, Bluray Player, VHS>DVR, and a Sony A/V plus a ROKU and PS3 which I knew from the getgo would not work because they are RF and this remote is for IR. After the easy set up (using a USB connection to a computer) the operation of the remote was anything but easy. A few functions were missing for the cable box, 5 disk player, A/V system and many of the functions that were there were not labeled --- having to remember or write down what did what was a real pain and for me it was easier to just use the remotes that came with the various devices. I could see how this would be real beneficial for a simple system (tv, cable box, dvd).

This is a wonderful remote. This remote is easy to use and has all the features you will need.

Overall, remote functionally easy to program and use.

A lot better then my Vizio remote that came with my TV.

As advertised easiest set up I've ever seen from any electronic equipment. We were having to use five remotes Samsung TV, Direct TV, Apple TV, DVD player and Pioneer receiver. They are all now in a closet. Yeah we only need one. Now visitors can manage my one remote because it is so easy. My life is much easier now as i am not looking for remotes every time I want to watch TV.

I like the 650 remote's functionality, but the IR signal takes patience to always "connect" with the TV and other hardware. I was warned about this during set up, but not beforehand at the store. It also does not work well with a soundbar audio system, cannot always find the right audio source.

My volume nob on my 10 year old stereo went bad. No replacement parts available and of course I lost my remote. This was a very inexpensive solution. I liked the USB connection and download of the codes. As long as they keep updating the codes it will never out date. It has a video display and is pretty smart and interactive. It also has a movement detection system so when you set it down it goes into power save mode.

This remote has replaced 4 of my other remotes. Easy to setup and easy to use. I love the "ACTIVITY" feature where with the press of one button, all the required devices turn on and turn off. The back lighting is very helpful at night. Another great feature is selecting which buttons you want to display on the remote display. Very customizable and easy to customize remote.

I use this device daily and it work nicely. Did have a issue with the first device and I went back to the store and replaced it. The new device has had no issues. I had a master remote another brand but it did work as nice as this unit. I am very please with this remote, I have two for different TVs.

Best Buy staff told me how to program and it was easy. Device works great.
