My volume nob on my 10 year old stereo went bad. No replacement parts available and of course I lost my remote. This was a very inexpensive solution. I liked the USB connection and download of the codes. As long as they keep updating the codes it will never out date. It has a video display and is pretty smart and interactive. It also has a movement detection system so when you set it down it goes into power save mode.

Works well and controls multiple devices. Logitech always makes great remotes.

I have been using the Logitech Harmony remotes for years. After my old remote gave out on me after 7+ years, I bought this new one. I loved how easy it was to transfer your settings from your old remote to the new one. That saved me so much time in setting up the remote. Works great and the response is much better than my old one.

I had an earlier, much more expensive version of this changer that died after it was dropped several times. The weakness seemed to be the touch screen. This version does not have the touch screen. Quite honestly, the buttons are much easier to use. The online programming that comes with this unit is excellent., really easy to setup. So far, this has been a great substitute for a much more expensive model.

As advertised easiest set up I've ever seen from any electronic equipment. We were having to use five remotes Samsung TV, Direct TV, Apple TV, DVD player and Pioneer receiver. They are all now in a closet. Yeah we only need one. Now visitors can manage my one remote because it is so easy. My life is much easier now as i am not looking for remotes every time I want to watch TV.

I love the remote. I didn't have to look up codes or try different buttons. the cable that came with it hooks to your computer and you can download the correct codes. easy to change from tv to dvd or dvr or stereo or you can push the "watch tv button" and it automatically turns on tv, changes the input, turns on and selects the DVR or cable box. You can also select dvd or Blu-ray player and it will do the same.

I use this device daily and it work nicely. Did have a issue with the first device and I went back to the store and replaced it. The new device has had no issues. I had a master remote another brand but it did work as nice as this unit. I am very please with this remote, I have two for different TVs.
