Better than the alternative

We purchased a new TV and sound bar and attempted to use them with Apple TV. The Xfinity controller would only work with the TV, but not the sound system which was current technology. 3 different remotes got old really fast.

Easy Setup Great support

Connect it to your computer, input the model numbers of the devices you want to control and you're off and running. I had some trouble getting it to control a Dish Joey. Called Logitech support and they walked me thru it in minutes. FYI, had to change the setting on the Joey to infrared for the 650 to be able to control it.

Priceless necessity
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setup was extremely easy and i was able to find all of my products, the only issue i have is buttons aren't programmed exactly right some times and you will be in an activity and the remote won't control the right device, you are able to fix this problem manually, however it is a small price to pay for what you really get, I recommend this remote because the other harmony remotes are, a bit overpriced.

High Tech

I'm tech savvy myself, but this remote can be a bit confusing. I like the sleek look and the fact that we can program so many devices with it, but honestly, I prefer to use the regular old cable remote. The hubby does like it though.
