Easy to set up and use

The hardest part is getting all of the model numbers from your equipment. But once you have them, the directions clearly take you through the set up program. It took me 30 mins for the entire process. Once set up, the remote has worked flawlessly.

Good While it Worked

It wasn't the most intuitive but we got used to it. It burns through batteries pretty quickly but I guess that's to be expected with a color display. After a months it started resetting randomly and I would have to go through the entire programming process again which was really annoying. Within a month it was doing it multiple times a day and became useless. It's been collecting dust ever since. I know there are much more expensive options but still really disappointing for a $50+ remote.

I love having one remote to control all devices. This particular remote is great for anyone who is wants their first remote and easy to set up. Customer reps are very helpful and pleasant. With the exception of the changer problem, I am giving this device an excellent rating as I do feel it still deserves it.
