Great remote easy to set up, love the charging base

Once you program the remote, it should do what it is advertised to do. From time to time, it locks up or won’t turn on the intended device though. Simply turning everything off and calling up the request again fixes the issue.

Only issue is having to program online, but once that's done....Perfect!

A good Remote to use when you have multiple items of different brands.

Works well with the 7 devices for which I have it programmed. Please understand that it is necessary to move from menu to menu in order to cover the many functions and controls of various devices. The programming software has improved significantly over the past several years. Seems very durable.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Definitely a very user friendly device.

I own 2 other Harmony remotes, the other 1 is a higher model with a touch screen but so far, I'm liking the 650 the best. I can't explain why, could be how the buttons feel when you press them or the simplicity of the device. All I know is this is a very good remote and I can't imagine needing anything better unless you have more than 8 devices being controlled by it. Highly recommended.

Have to reset but I still love the idea of one remote instead of three.

We were told we could install this remote but that was not possible. So then we had to pay $100 to have someone come out and do it for me. It was an expensive experience.

This is a great universal remote for all ir devices.

The unit functions as advertised. it is a bit stringent in the setup process and misses the simplicity that a device like this could have. The setup is sequential and regimented in the way it chooses the devices. If it were a drag and drop more flexibility could be achieved. I have two systems set up in it and it sometimes gets confused as to which system it is controlling. This usually happens when wrong buttons are hit putting it out of sequence. Once you get accustomed to its quirks the functionality is astounding. it replicates every function on my BlueRay and cable box. On the Pioneer Amp/tuner it is a bit confusing to get it to pair the proper video and audio but it does work once you get it set up. It tries to be too smart! If they improved the setup tools this would be a 5 out of 5 rating. It could also use a way to lock the system you are using.

It is a great idea to have a universal remote. But this remote doesn't work all the time. When it works, it's fantastic. But it is incredibly frustrating to try to get it to work. We end up having to use each individual remote instead of the universal one.

Runs all of my equipment perfectly. Makes switching between activities very easy.

This is a great remote to use in order to eliminate all the other remotes for my TV.

I've owned many multi-function remote, but none like this Harmony. This one works for my audio receiver, DVD player, TV and, top it off, it even my Uverse receiver! It has a "Watch Movie" button that automatically turns on the DVD player on, switches the receiver to the right input and switches the tv. It also has a "Watch TV" button that turns on everything and switches all units to watch cable.

The remote does a pretty good job of consolidating multiple device remotes. The software interface of custom programming is a little dated and tedious to use, but allows you to customize some functions that may not be duplicated directly with existing buttons. Good solution for the money.

This remote replaced many of my other remotes. Very easy to program.

This one remote eliminated the need for 3 other remotes. Perfect.
