Great to upgrade from previous profile. Easy to use

Only issue is having to program online, but once that's done....Perfect!

The unit functions as advertised. it is a bit stringent in the setup process and misses the simplicity that a device like this could have. The setup is sequential and regimented in the way it chooses the devices. If it were a drag and drop more flexibility could be achieved. I have two systems set up in it and it sometimes gets confused as to which system it is controlling. This usually happens when wrong buttons are hit putting it out of sequence. Once you get accustomed to its quirks the functionality is astounding. it replicates every function on my BlueRay and cable box. On the Pioneer Amp/tuner it is a bit confusing to get it to pair the proper video and audio but it does work once you get it set up. It tries to be too smart! If they improved the setup tools this would be a 5 out of 5 rating. It could also use a way to lock the system you are using.

Installed by geek squad. Works well. Not too many bells and whistles.

This was a replacement for an old Logitech for my Dad. He remembers back when he bought his last one and commented that they sure have come down in price. Overall the device performs as advertised and the web based software lets me update/troubleshoot things for him remotely if he ever runs into any problems.

I bought this remote because I wanted to consolidate remotes for TV, Receiver, and Roku player. It wasn't the most intuitive but we got used to it. It burns through batteries pretty quickly but I guess that's to be expected with a color display. After a months it started resetting randomly and I would have to go through the entire programming process again which was really annoying. Within a month it was doing it multiple times a day and became useless. It's been collecting dust ever since. I know there are much more expensive options but still really disappointing for a $50+ remote.
