The set up software is good and intuitive. This remove has some quirks where certain devices won't power on/off. It can be frustrating having to switch between devices on the remote, but much less so than juggling four remotes.

This is a great universal remote for all ir devices.

The Harmony remotes have much better range than other remotes I have used and do an excellent job once they have been properly configured. It is also nice to be able to customize the buttons to one's own liking. This is my second Harmony remote and the first one served me well for 7 years before some of the more commonly used menu buttons started to wear out.

Once you program the remote, it should do what it is advertised to do. From time to time, it locks up or won’t turn on the intended device though. Simply turning everything off and calling up the request again fixes the issue.

It is great to only have one remote to control all.

Works well with the 7 devices for which I have it programmed. Please understand that it is necessary to move from menu to menu in order to cover the many functions and controls of various devices. The programming software has improved significantly over the past several years. Seems very durable.

I just upgrade from 510 model and I was very impressed with this one. First I was able to migrate all the setup from my old model to this new one I 2 minutes. Second the keyboard on this model is way better and soft, love it. Third the lights turn on automatically as you move the control, very helpful. I use the control with my TV, cable box, PS4 via IR and receiver. Highly recommended!!!

Very easy to set up with your PC. Even had settings for 15 yr old home theater. All you need to do is push one button to "watch TV" and all of the necessary components are turned on and read to be controlled. Only one word of caution, you need to keep the remote pointed at your "stuff" until everything is turned on. 5 remotes in the drawer and out of sight.

I purchased this remote to operate my home theatre, I soon found out that I had too many components for this remote. I had to return the control. Not because of an inferior product. My neglect to investigate the parameters it was able to handle. I did up grade to another Logitech model that could do what I needed.

This is a great universal remote. Easy to set up and I'm not a techy kind of girl.

This is my second one, wore the first one out. Not sure how long I had it more then five years. It was time consuming loading my devices onto the new remote as the program would not, or I couldn't get it to, read the old remote. That is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.
