It was time consuming loading my devices onto the new remote as the program would not, or I couldn't get it to, read the old remote. That is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.

Very good product, need better user interface

Very good for basic functions with TV and DVR.

Please understand that it is necessary to move from menu to menu in order to cover the many functions and controls of various devices. The programming software has improved significantly over the past several years. Seems very durable.

From time to time, it locks up or won’t turn on the intended device though. Simply turning everything off and calling up the request again fixes the issue.

Wonderful Remote

Does have an excellent button layout and overall design; supports custom sequences/macros. For the price it looks and works great. I have it controlling a switch, sound bar, Direct TV Mini, 4K DVD player, X-Box and of course the TV.
