Good Gift

We have the same model, and in general, we love it, though recently the page up and page down functionality with Comcast seemed to stop working which is unfortunate, and the only reason this is not a five.

supports most tv's

The one for my living room supported my stereo, tv, cable box, and tevo. The bedroom didn't have my exact tv model and thus is somewhat handicapped. Since I don't get the full features I can only give 4 stars

okay remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had the remote for a few months now. impressions... - for some reason, they made the silver front part of case a little narrower than the black back which creates an odd feel in hand. - battery door is a little loose, resulting in rattling while holding remote. - if dropped on carpet, it can sometime go into a demo mode where you have to push many buttons to exit. - in setup, it lets user setup buttons so all devices needed for a task (watching tv, [tv/cable box] watching movie [tv/cable/stereo]) etc turn on/off at once... but occasionally it forgets to turn off a device. - buttons are black... they are backlit but it is still difficult seeing them in a darkened room. Wish some were a different color (silver).to make finding on demand/bluray controls easier.
