Great remote to replace all your other ones. I had the more basic Logitech remote before I purchase this one I definitely prefer how you can switch through your appliances and I am a big fan of the color screen on there. Easier to control and nowhere near as expensive as the other high end models.

It's a great remote for the price but has some issues about the on and off. Very picky sometimes when turning on or off things. You have to keep pointing few sec not like other remotes, where you press a button and you are done.

This remote handles alot of different types of remotes that I need to operate all my components with. I'm always misplacing the remotes but if I keep track of this one I can always operate my devices until the original remote shows up.

I bought this remote for my 90 year old grandfather for Christmas. He always has had problems seeing other remotes and he'll accidentally push the wrong button and deprogram it and I'd have to go find the codes and reprogram it. With this remote I set it all up on the computer and there's no button on the remote he can push to mess it up. Just like every other piece of electronic equipment it has its glitches. Sometimes it doesn't turn both the tv and the cable box on together when you push watch tv. All in all it's a great remote for a great value.

I purchased this remote because the X1 remote wouldnt control my audio system. This remote has been great at controlling not only just my audio but all of my systems that have a remote. It was easy to setup using the online software.

A little hesitant replacing this for a broken Harmony One. While not as smooth in operation as a touch screen I'm very impressed with the functionality for the money. It's been a solid performer and easy switch over. I've had everything from a Harmony 300 to 1000 as well as two harmony Ones (which a guest broke the touch screen on one). Harmony makes a good product that most people will be happy with and work very well. It's not the end all for every one. Programing can be cumbersome. Re-entering all the components was not my favorite part since it was dome before - just a few more minutes of typing. Tried a lot of others and thiis is still the best value and performace for the money.

Rather than needing to use a separate control for the tv, the satellite converter, the audio, and each dvd player i now only need the logitech harmony 650. When i changed to a different audio system it was easy to update the control. I love it. Well worth the money. I should have gotten one sooner.

Purchased this item as a gift for my father-in-law, who was quite excited to receive it. He's told me it is working well, and as an owner of an older model, he's happy to have a newer, better version of the Harmony remote.

I initially bought this to replace a remote my puppy had chewed. Now, I use it for everything. I'm medium tech literate and this was very easy to program. Highly recommended if you want to reduce the remote clutter in your life. I love the screen & the fact that it can be used easily in the dark.

Bought this remote to consolidate the use of 4 different remotes from 4 different brands (sony DVD, Vizio TV, Okyno Reciever, Tivo Cable Box) and this really does the trick. It is very customizable through the use of the computer software it comes with and provides almost all of the functionality of the 4 separate remotes I have been using. I had to work with the remote a little at first to get everything set up and operating correctly but once I did it has worked without any issues. A very good remote and I would definitely buy again.

This remote is awesome. I was amazed on how quick and easy it was to set up and it actually works. I have it connected to several devices and I have not had any issues with it. The custom settings option is perfect for tailoring your preferences. The light up buttons ad that little extra touch.

Great overall easy to use remote. All buttons are easy to use and in our case the remote has made it easier for elderly family members to control our entertainment center. Only gripe is against Logitech for no longer producing the rechargeable 700 that used to be right above this remote.

We had an older model of this remote and loved it. The newer model is even easier to set up and use. Puts all your devices in one remote and each component has it's own button that you assign.. Would recommend to anyone who hates having all those remotes or one that you need a degree to operate.

I had another remote that my wife uses in our bedroom at night. Constantly complaining about it , that it was to difficult to work late at night with low lighting. This new remote is the perfect answer, easy to use, more friendly buttons to push and more reliable when you do need to push buttons

I like it just fine and it functions well enough. I don't care for the scrolling buttons to get to my internet on my TV. I also am not a big fan of the time it takes to cycle thru its functions. But it has uncluttered my endtable

I'm in love with this remote. I wish it could control more things around the house. I'm so happy with this purchase. Having the ability to power on everything all at once in one remote is the best feeling ever. Switching from devices that are synced up is a piece of cake. Love love love

This is definitely better than having 5 different remotes. The only issue we have had is with our sound bar. Someone's it doesn't read it but with one push of the assistant button it's always an easy fix. Would buy again!

I have purchased 3 of these remotes. Programming is fairly straightforward and function is good. Only downside is that battery life is too short, and there is no warning when they are getting low. It just stops working.

Would have given it 5 stars but my wife still doesn't have it down all the way. Programming it is easy and I looooove the fact I don't have to hunt down 4 remotes every time I want to do something with our entertainment system.

I bought this universal remote to operate five devices in my den. The setup is easy if you have the model numbers for the devices you want to sync. I love the help feature where the remote fixes any problems that may come up. All in all, I'm glad I bought this remote. I highly recommend.
