Good directions easy to set up and use with multiple brands .

I like this remote but it takes a little while to get the settings perfect on some devices. Especially getting some televisions to switch to the right input. Also, it's a bit pricey. However, I can't live without it so... overall it's a buy.

Outstanding and easy to use. Technician (Andrew) who set it up was very professional and was an excellent instructor in teaching me how to use it. He was very patient as I asked questions during training. He showed me how to sue all my components with this new device. customer service is so important today. I have been very pleased with the products I've purchased from Best Buy.

This replace four remotes. Easy to set up and easy to use.

Sadly, this product did not work with my system. After discussing my needs with the sales person, they recommended this remote control. When my system technologist arrived he explained that it could not be used by "IR" systems - components are in the other room from the tv. So I had to return it unopened.

Had a little trouble setting up. I found it would get to the last part of the process and would not close out or get to 99% and never reach 100%. I would close out the program and try it out and it work. I guest it did what it needed to do. other than that it works great.

Replacing 2 remotes is a great idea. We had geek squad at the house to set it up. We have an unusual brand of tv that cause some delay in the commands that i give. With more experience and with a huge dose of patience i will make it work.

I have purchased 4 of these. I truly like that with a 1 button push, I can activate my TV, cable box and surround sound all at once. On the other hand, Two of my remotes have lost several button functions apparently because of usage or poor craftsmanship, (I don't know which) after about 1 year of usage. Either way, they should last much longer for a device that cost this much.

Took a little while to understand how it works. The concepts are quite different from the SONY multi remote I was using before which also has multi-action buttons. Needless to say, the Sony remote is parked and this is all I use. It controls just about everything you have, including the air conditioning unit and my raspberry PI Kodi box!

You name it, it controls it. Easier to use than factory remotes. Turns on and off components in groups and switches inputs. Controls all remote features of your A/V components. Programmable through the internet and Logitech keeps a record of your components and configuration if you ever need to reprogram. Enthusiastically recommend this product.

Condensed 6 remotes into 1 easily. Motion sensitive so it lights up when you pick it up is great when the room is dark and you haven't memorized the buttons yet. It works great with the Roku 3, but I've found it easier to use the Roku remote in addition to the Harmony remote. It makes adjusting the volume on the TV easier for when I switch apps.
