Great remote

The great thing is that it has an intuitive "help" button so if you hit the wrong thing you can hit the help button and it guesses what you were trying to do and fixes it.

Very good remote

The fact that it has a screen that lights up and that the important functional buttons are illuminated really help when you're using it in a dark environment. I'd definitely recommend this remote as long as you only have a few components to operate.

My family has enjoyed this remote over the years... but my brother and I just got this for our families. This is our permanent remote... seriously. and for me its the ARC control and multi activities it can handle that make me a believer in LOGITECH and These Harmony Remotes.

The first one the channel and volume buttons stopped working. After 90 days you just have to purchase a new one. When they work they are great. Easy to program and set up.

Nice having 1 Control

I find myself using the "help" button quite often, which always fixes the problem. It would just be nice if it did what it's supposed to do, all the time.
