This is an OK remote control which works fine. Improvements could be made. Sometimes it's hard to tell if the button actually made contact. Human interface is so-so. Programming is tricky. On the positive side, it was pretty low cost.

Got it to get rid of the clutter of remotes. Does what I need it to do.

Easy set-up online. Worked on all my home stereo products.

Once programmed and set up, a fairly easy computer based process, the "watch TV" and "watch DVD" buttons are nice. The system that helps you sort things out when they don't go right (for example, the TV turns on, but not the cable box, for whatever reason) is well thought out and works well.

These remotes are a non tech persons dream as well as a tech persons dream. With a help function that actually works and various devices to set up many activities, it's a no brained. Only down fall is still I/R so you need to point at all devices from about 7 feet away as it cycles through all the devices to turn on or off.

Was a gift for my husband for his birthday. Easy to program and use.

Nice price for a remote control that does everything.

The control works great. I would recommend it for anybody wanting to simply getting their home theater systems operating quickly and efficiently. Now my wife can even turn things on without muttering and grumbling about the number of controls and how they do not fit within her decorating scheme.

Very easy to set up from your computer and easy to use.

This is a great remote. Extremely easy to program and the backlit keypad makes it easy to read in the dark. The only downside is the small "OK" (select) button. It's easy to accidentally push the up, down, right or left arrow buttons, especially if you have large fingers. However, I still gave it 5 stars. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

This is a great replacement for my 3 (tv, receiver, blu-ray) remotes. My blu-ray player remote never worked right, but this remote works perfectly for it. Only minor gripe is it takes a few moments to become active after turning things on. So you can't change the channel or the volume right away. Love the LCD screen and the backlit keys! Setup was not difficult on my Mac.
