The remote rarely works when pushing program/activity updates to it. In addition, the remote reboots when using it often. I have several Harmony remotes and this by far is the worst. Harmony support is not good either. I have reached out to them with no feedback or help. I have read online that others have similar issues with this specific remote. Harmony should refund everyone's money and in addition work to provide better support.

I have 3 of these remotes and I love them. I bought one for my step mom since my father passed. This makes it easier for her to use the TV, Blue-ray, Portable radio, and what ever else she has. The new user-interface for logitech is where I am not happy with. Have to call them to help change programming on some items but they are very helpful with it.

Very easy to program and control. This is my 3rd Harmony remote.

I bought both the 650 and 700 as they only had one 700 left when I was in the store and I needed 2... the 650 seems to take a bit longer to go through a turn on cycle vs the 700 but it still works well. Also the rechargeable batteries with the 700 are nice...

I have no complaint, operates as it should. Only 1 con, not all the "customize buttons" always work. I.E...programming the "return" arrow works correctly when using the tv, but not when using netflix, even though it has been programmed separately to do so

The remote is great, nice handling, a lot of devices support and has the capability to learn from devices that are not supported. I have a Samsung Tv (no problem), a Sony Amplifier (no problem), Apple TV (no problem) and a Sagemcom TV Decoder (that's the problem). Took me 15 minutes to configure the decoder and the activities, then all has been great!!!

Love the logitech harmony 600 remotes. I've purchased three of them and they just keep working. My oldest is 10 years and still running great with only a single button not working. I have this paired with my htoc and a flirc ir and it's the perfect combo.

This was actually a replacement of.an older higher level unit, that was everything I dreamed and more. But new priorities prevented me from getting the same device. The new setup interface is now run on the cloud, makes sense, but the bandwidth seemed a little lacking, took time to switch from screen to screen. Capping the quantity of.devices to control was really weird. I used to give this same model, older but same model, as gifts for Christmas and never saw a limit on device control. Makes this unit almost useless in most man caves or tech junkie living room's, however family life has taken much of that away from me. But aside from those notes, once it is setup and running it has been the same consistent experience as always, just make sure you count your devices before running to the store.

I like having one remote with so many devices connected.
