This was actually a replacement of.an older higher level unit, that was everything I dreamed and more. But new priorities prevented me from getting the same device. The new setup interface is now run on the cloud, makes sense, but the bandwidth seemed a little lacking, took time to switch from screen to screen. Capping the quantity of.devices to control was really weird. I used to give this same model, older but same model, as gifts for Christmas and never saw a limit on device control. Makes this unit almost useless in most man caves or tech junkie living room's, however family life has taken much of that away from me. But aside from those notes, once it is setup and running it has been the same consistent experience as always, just make sure you count your devices before running to the store.

I enjoy that I can use one remote for all of my devices.

This remote is awesome! It is so nice to be able to hit Watch TV or Watch a Movie and all the components (tv, dvd player, stereo, DVR) are all turned on at once. My only complaint is that if you aren't in the direct line of sight of something, it doesn't always turn on the first time.

Sleek design. It looks user friendly but I've not been quite sufficient navigating the buttons. A couple of times the volume button gets effected somehow. I'm not quite certain if it's not user error so I'm giving it 4 stars. Overall I've been happy with it.

Very easy to set up and very convenient to use too.

This is my second Logitech Harmony remote, and I love it! Easy to use once you get used to the idea of Activities vs individual components, ie you don't power on the tv, then your receiver. You press "Watch TV" and the Harmony performs all the necessary commands for you. I've never had an issue with the remotes (except keeping the kids from playing with them!)
