I was looking for a universal remote to handle our new Samsung LED TV, Blu Ray player, Apple TV, and Boston Acoustics soundbar. I plugged the remote into my PC and the wizard did the rest! This thing is amazing! It has one touch features which allows you to operate your whole home theater with one button. The one and only remote that you will ever need!

Excellent product! Can be used with many different media sources.

I purchased this at sale price. I don't think I would pay full price for it. I wish there would be button for apps on smart tv. I was able to open apps on my lg tv but it took some time to find way. I think it should button designated for that.

This runs everything so you only have to have one remote control

I bought this remote for family for Christmas around Black Friday. I got a good deal for them. We have one in our home since we have multiple electronics and many different remotes. My family members did need help with setting them up. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

Great remote. Reasonably priced. Works well with all devices.

It's an amazing remote and I wish it had worked for us. Unfortunately, the home theatre system we bought was newer than the remote. The Geek Squad could not get it work work with our newer Sony Home entertainment system, so it really didn't eliminate the need for other remotes.

Very easy and straight forward remote to program and use.

Quite a good and capable universal remote. However, the software that accompanies and use to program the remote controller is rather sub-par. It does not work with my Surface Pro 3 and I have to install and use that on my old ThinkPad (both Windows 10, however). In this day and age, I would imagine a Windows 10 UWP should have been written. Also would preferred a bluetooth connection instead of an USB one for programming. However, once the initial setup done, the rest is rather simple. Would also have hoped Harmony to make a BIG BUTTON and SIMPLE universal remote like this one in capabilities but with much fewer buttons and make them BIG and READABLE for my 80+ yrs mom.

worked exactly as adbvertised, took about 5 minutes to set up.

This product is supposed to consolidate the work of multiple devices. I have a 3D Blu-Ray, an LG 55" 3D TV, an LG sound system, Roku, plus cable box. The Harmony doesn't always function as programmed. I keep my sound control, my cable control and my TV control on hand for use when I don't feel like going through the help program just to turn on TV if I have been watching Netflix! I have found that it is best to turn off one device before going to another, although I was told I didn't need to do that. Also, my programmers couldn't get the Harmony to work with 3D, although it is supposed to. This device is better than nothing at all, but the company that comes up with a complete package: TV, Blu-Ray, streaming, etc., in one package will take the whole market.

Great for universal control of functions . Have to be gentle with remotes keys as they can malfunction over time if you "mash them" {as tech explained to me] Get warranty . It is cheap and my remotes only last about 11 months

Bought to replace my several year old Logitech remote and this is vastly better. Battery life dramatically improved and the look and feel of the remote is much better. Perfect for combining all your devices on one controller.
